I have come to personally know the store's owner and she is beyond amazing in every way. She has all the business, compassion, concern, and knowledge that it takes to provide an exceptional customer service experience for her clients that come in and those that are unable to make it inside the store. She is very diligent and patient when ensuring that her girls are properly trained to best serve the customers that come in. 10/10 highly recommend a shopping experience at Merle Norman! “The store is very clean. The dressing rooms are closed now because of Covid-19. But there is a 60 day return policy with your receipt. My mom and I wear close sizes, so we just switch outfits. I sprayed all my clothes with Fabric Sanitizer before hanging up. But I will wash them before wearing.”
