The mechanic guy John was nice all the way up til the warranty company decided to reject it which he said wouldn't happen, than when it did he said he never told me that which is a complete lie. Plus he didn't say anything about about cost the whole time my car was there, but tried to charge me $100 for Diagnostics. Which the other car lot did the diagnosis. My transmission is messed up but told me it's not broke down yet so we can't fix oh and you need to service your transmission, when I just bought it April and my favorite is you got metal shavings in your transmission/ transmission build. But isn't nothing they could do cause it's still running oh plus when I went to pick my car up he was super rude and told me to leave and never come back. One of the worst and embarrassing experiences in my whole 30 years .

My experience was great! Mr. Mark was very nice and respectful from start to finish. He made sure that everything was done correctly with my car. He also kept me informed about the progress of my car. I loved everything about my visit!

Took the 2500 in for service. Got right in same day and very friendly staff. Will go back for sure. 8-19-23 another very quick service, called last night got in today on a Saturday only there 35 minutes. 8/23 took the Carolina in great service and the detailed the car , looks awesome
