“I just paid for a ceramic wash and then it was "out of service" before I could enter the wash. The complaint cards were soggy so much that you can't even write legibly on them. No phone number or email for complaints or issues. UPDATED: Thank you for the quick response! Update#2: I received a voucher and the owner was very responsive and nice. Update#3 Ceramic carwash is great. Water still beads up after several rain storms”
