I found Key Storage while scrambling to get a storage unit on a Saturday after Trinity Storage very rudely and unapologetically told me the evening before that the unit I reserved wasn't actually available. I called on a Saturday and received a message that I could call a number to reserve a unit if it was not during their normal business hours. I wish I could remember the name of the man I spoke with. He was such a relief in that stressful time! He was extremely polite, very helpful, and wanted to be sure I had exactly what I needed. He even called after he knew I would be there unloading to make sure that everything went okay and that I had everything I needed. I went in to pay for my unit the next business day and was greeted with more friendliness. The woman at the desk was very kind and professional. The units were clean, the office is well kept, and everyone there is extremely polite and helpful. It was such a pleasure doing business with them! They will ALWAYS be my first call whenever looking for a storage unit in the future!

This facility was extremely clean. They have climate control as well as regular outdoor units. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. There are over 300 units starting at 5x10 up to 2000 square feet. I am very happy with my choice of going to Key Storage.
