I had the best experience here after being body-shamed at their competitor the other day. The ladies, Chris and Kim, made me feel so comfortable, measured me appropriately, and let me try on all sorts of sizes after I had been through a lot of humiliation at the other competitor (VS). They set me up with great styles and told me to come back if any of them still didn't fit quite right. Also, they told me how to tell if a bra doesn't properly fit or not and many other helpful tips I never learned. I am eternally grateful that they gave me dignity back after I had it taken away. Will be coming back again soon!

Always a fabulous find at this shoppe. I truly enjoy walking in and being greeted with a smile. It is truly refreshing and uplifting. I genuinely am grateful to be able to have it close to my office and home. The selections are great and best of all if they don't have your size, you can order it to your home. Absolutely the best customer service, and understanding of when we order the wrong things and the return policy is generous.

I was out of state on Black Friday and went into the store in the state I was in. I have recently lost about 70 pounds and was desperate to get new bras and really wanted to get some good Black Friday deals! The store measured my size, I tried on a couple of different sizes and ended up purchasing 2 of the same style bras in different colors. After wearing the bras for a few days...I was having an issue with my breasts falling out of the bottom of my bras, I was continuosly having to stuff the girls back in from the bottom! I went into the Morrisville location, explained my predicament, I was told that I had been measured incorrectly and that the band size was too big.I was immediately remeasured and put in a fitting room and brought multiple different styles and sizes. FINALLY found the new perfect bra for me! The 2 ladies in the store were so helpful and kind! They literally took the bra I had been wearing, looked up my receipt, returned it and put the credit to my new purchase! I have made several purchases in this store and have always had great customer service, but this trip went above and beyond!

I came into the store literally 10 mins to closing. I had no clue what size I was since my bra was at lease a couple of years old and killing me! Karen swiftly and accurately measured me and gave me three options to try on. I have to say the bras I purchased are the best fit I have ever had! Karen was so patient and attentive. Her top notch customer service is the reason why I will continue to go back and also recommend to friends and family. Oh I forgot to mention that I was out of there in 10 min.. so I didn’t keep her past closing :)

These ladies set the bar for customer service. It’s so rare now to go into a store and actually be helped and the people be willing to help. I could easily shop online, but these ladies make shopping in person so worth it. The product is nice too ?. But I’ll always return in person to give my support. Thank you so much!

I went there today (09/10/2022), with my 9 and 2 year old. My 9 year old was doing the best she could to keep her brother entertained while I looked for and tried on bras, but he began to get restless and rowdy. The 4 ladies working in there today are worth their weight in gold!! They played with my son and even brought out cat stickers and paper to keep him occupied while I didn’t my shopping. I was embarrassed by his behavior, but they made me feel like it was completely normal and like I had nothing to be ashamed of. I am so grateful for how the jumped right in to help. Shopping as a single mom can be difficult at times, but those ladies made it so much more manageable today. Thanks a million, to the ladies at Soma in Morrisville! I really appreciate you all for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help (and let’s not forget, helping select some wonderful items for purchasing) ??!

I highly recommend this place!! In addition to Soma's products being exceptionally phenomenal quality, their customer service is also consistently amazing. The staff gives excellent suggestions and always helps me find exactly what I need!

I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a strapless bra, and there was a buy-two deal that I took advantage of. The staff her and extremely helpful and acknowledged me as soon as I entered the store. The store and fitting rooms are clean and well lit.

I went to this store with my two daughters because one of my daughters hates shopping and she really needed to. Joanne helped us. She was very knowledgeable in all her products, and extremely patient and delightful. The dreaded chore turned out to be a fun event and my daughter ended up with well-fitted, comfortable and pretty garments. Thank you, Joanne!
