“Amazing service. I was having an issue with my tire while heading to work this morning. I anxiously found a nearby tire shop. The first shop I went to didn't have the tire I needed and referred me to Black's Tire Service. The first placed warned me that I wouldn't make it far with my tire. When I got to Black's I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me in a timely manner. Not only did they complete my service quickly they were very affordable, kind and professional. I had a great experience and will be back!”

I have an old Subaru that I was convinced was going to be put out to pasture, but the mechanic who worked on it was able to explain what has been going on, plan a course of action, and fixed the idle issue that had been bugging me. “Brian and his crew are the best in town. They worked on a 2015 BMW 328i and helped me run it up to over 250k miles before I decided to swap it for an X5. When my X5 needed repairs, BMW quoted me well over $6700 to get everything fixed and no loaner vehicle. When I reached out to Brian, he sent me a detailed quote that was half of the dealerships cost. It was the same OEM part with much more affordable labor. On top of that, he was able facilitate a loaner vehicle at no extra charge and was true to his word on the time frame to have everything fixed. I've trusted Premier One with oil changes, brake pads, rotors, A/C repairs and engine work. They have earned not only my business but my trust. Would STRONGLY RECCOMEND.”

“I had my baby towed in and was frantic. Tracy was/is an angel. She assured me from the beginning that I’d be taken care of. She was extremely patient with a worrywart like me. The repair guys kept me informed of their findings and recommendations. Payment can easily be made through their portal or in person. Never felt price gouged. A few times I’d sit and chat with them about various topics…I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who’ll listen and will utilize their surveyors again in the future if needed. 12 outta 10 all around”
“I had an estimate from a national dealership which had done brake work on my car 6 months ago. The breaks were grinding and was found that the pads were completely shot. I received an estimate of $690 to replace and then on the back side it said plus tax and shop charges. It was going to be close to $1000!
I had gone to snappy lube last year and was impressed by the knowledge of the owner and staff. They did my rear brakes quickly and for a fair price. I went back to them yesterday to have them look at my situation. They were amazed at the estimate I was given. They did the needed repairs quickly and efficiently and the cost was less then 400 dollars. The owner and staff were friendly courteous and accommodating. The work was first class. I was found to be low on oil and they topped me off. Filled all my tires with air and made sure all was to my satisfaction. Dave and owner Jt are professionals who know how to deliver great service and satisfaction. I am a customer who appreciates honesty and quality work. Thank you guys

“I have been bringing both my cars and motorcycles here for 5 years and will happily keep them as my inspection station. Many inspection places will not inspect motorcycles, and this place consistently has for the years I have been going here.
I have never had to provide anything other than the vehicle registration, $13.60, and then run through the lights, brakes, and blinkers as they are not as standardized as on cars. Most I have spent here is a half hour on busier mornings.”

“I LOVE this service company. Twice now I have had an "emergency" - tire issues and this week - the WORST week of things happening at work and my battery about died. I limped into the facility at 7:20 in the morning - they open at 7:30 but Ryan, the manager that day, opened EARLY AND...can you imagine that - unlocking the place 10" EARLY? He welcomed me in at 7:20 and though I had NO APPOINTMENT he listened and assured me he would get it taken care of ASAP....AND HE DID. They were great to work with. And I was on my way within an hour and made it to my morning meeting literally ON TIME in spite of the car problem. They are an independently-owned facility by one of the original employees there and they CARE and treat you well. I can't thank them enough and recommend them HIGHLY. Deb Bailey”

“When I pulled in I was told that he was the only employee there so it would take a little longer. He helped multiple customers while I was there and showed a lot of patience with having to deal with so much. He ended up working past closing time and never complained. I really should have gotten his name but whoever the sole worker was on September 7th, 2024 is a fantastic employee! I will definitely be back due to his good work and friendly attitude!”
