They do not allow customers to use a shopping cart. Not even my pregnant wife carrying our 1 year old. Their customer service is worthless. Don’t shop here. Not family friendly

Waited 5 minutes (a bit more than that, I was listening to a podcast) for a cashier before poking my head into the back (which I have never done before) 3 employees looked at me, one said someone would be right out .. and I waited another 3 minutes (timed it) then left.

Today, I witnessed the store manager selectively handing pairs of Nike shoes to someone who seemed to be a friend. She carefully selected the best pairs from the back and instead of placing them on the shelf as if for display, she handed them directly to her friend. When I confronted them about this, the woman with 25 pairs of shoes in her cart responded by saying, "Aren't we all here to make a profit?". I have seen this situation multiple times in the Morrisville store, it is sad because when we donate items, we hope that those items will be fairly sold to people in need and at the same time the money will be donated.

The only goodwill I actually enjoy going to. Not overly priced, fully stocked, clean, friendly staff, just an over all great experience. Apex store, take note!

I haven’t bought anything, but I did donate a few bags of items this week. Some of the reviews mention the staff being rude and unhelpful. That wasn’t my experience at all. A very kind employee helped unload all the bags because she saw I was having difficulty doing it with a small child clinging to me. It took less than five minutes. The other employees I saw greeted me and smiled and waved to my son

I have made donations 4-5 times here in the past. I have always encountered some type of hostility or frustration when dropping my items off. A couple times there was a woman who wasn't too nice and she directed me to put things in this or that pile which, great, but please don't act like I am bothering you. Then, a couple of other times a man who acted like I offended him when I put a pillow in a bin. Each experience has been negative. All I wanted to do is drop off my donations. Sorry if that's offensive in any way! My friends have said the same. I started taking my donations elsewhere.

Not a terrible goodwill but they desperately need to dust/clean. I could not stop sneezing and blowing my nose from the dust! Also, I don’t understand why they don’t put prices on the items, or at least a sign on the rack with the prices!

Honestly this is the best goodwill I’ve been to in a while across a few states. The prices actually make sense for donated goods; I’ve seen some stores price ridiculously high for being a heavily used item. This one here has a great clothes and shoes inventory and a solid furniture section. The big bins are priced exceptionally well and if you’re willing to look and dig and search, there are gems to be found!

Are you looking for a beautiful angora jacket? A collectible toy from the 1980s? A lovely handmade quilt? Yes? Now, do you ALSO want all of those items totally ruined and scribbled on with black permanent marker? Well then Goodwill of NC is the store for you! They are experts at utterly destroying what would otherwise be perfectly nice items. And don't worry - they won't write the prices on a part of the item that can be easily cleaned. They'll scribble that price on there in bold black marker right on the fur or the leather itself. No need to worry about ever getting it out - that thrift store price is there to stay! So come on down to Goodwill Industries of North Carolina, where they mark up donations to astronomical prices and then etch those prices into the items for eternity, ruining them for anyone who might otherwise enjoy them.

Came in to look at clothes and brought my husband with me since we had some other errands to run while in the area. The employees followed my husband around and made him very uncomfortable. He went outside & sat in our jeep while he waited for me to try on clothes. Two of the employees came outside pretending to talk while they took a picture of our license plate. They came back in & were talking about how they thought he was trying to steal something. I almost confronted them for talking about him like that when he was just waiting for me - I will not be back. So unprofessional!
