Worst place to go get checked they only had one patient and it took them 50 minutes to see me while allowing another guest to go in front of me there was no front desk worker for atleast 35 minutes or anyone to speak to worst place I have ever been to for the building they have you would think they are better then a fastmed but they are actually way worse

I recently visited (2 days ago from this review) your location.I stood at the front desk to be assisted by the attendant and she did nothing. After waiting for about 10-15mins, another patient in the waiting area advised me I needed to complete the check-in using the digital device. I waited over 2hrs to be seen. The assistant to the doctor was nice but she did not seem competent to do her job or there was a miscommunication between her and the doctor. I received conflicting instructions from her and the doctor. After being there for over 3hrs, I left with no real answer to my concern. I was told I would get a call the next day (yesterday) regarding my labs, but I did not receive anything. There is nothing urgent about this place and the customer service is subpar at best. I will never return to this place.

I got a regular annual physical and they charged me 700$+. I verified with the front desk that there would be no additional co-pay, but I still received a bill AFTER they capped out my insurance. I had to constantly call them to request my physical's test results. They're phone is ALWAYS busy and they have 0 regard for HIPA policy.

Money Money Money!!My self and my husband visited the urgent care on Nov 14th. We were asked to pay 100$ during checkout even though my insurance covers everything. As per my plan we just need to pay the co-pay 10$ each.I do not understand why the patient is asked to pay before sending the claims to the insurance team. I spoke to the insurance company and they say i need to work with the hospital to get the reimbursement of the payment made. i hope they check my emails and do the needful

two quick nasal swabs, seen for less than 2 minutes by a robotic physician who seemed like leaving a dictation rather than talking to us, the office charged $445 to our insurance, which of course did not cover all - why would they cover this insane charges for a 20min visit most spent on waiting (btw, it's another level of insult that I side with and understand the insurance), got the FIRST notification of bill from the clinic on the 'due date'

Apollo Urgent Care was excellent. The staff and Dr. Bhavani Lagadapati were excellent. I was very happy with my care. I am definitely giving them an excellent review.

It's very typical to wait 2+ hours at an urgent care; the nurses were very kind.However, my Doctor refused to answer my questions& never actually spoke to me about the cause of the pain.She comes in and gives two sentences. "Your injury is not x. Take an over the counter medication."I tried to ask about what the injury actually is, but she simply repeated the medication information.I continued to try to ask more questions & she continued to repeat herself over me to the point where she raised her voice.Unfortunately i had to raise my voice as well to let her know that i had heard her.Yes, the medication. I heard you.She was quiet long enough for me to ask a whole question, gave a one word answer& immediately went to the door."Have a good day."And she was gone.....What?You never even talked to me about my actual injury!! Just told me what it was not.My dogs veterinarian literally has a more professional bedside manner than you, Ma'am.Learn how to communicate with your patients before you hurt someone.

I was seen very quickly, and the employees were very polite and ensured quality care. the office was very tidy and clean. i would definitely recommend coming to this doctors office.

Went for immigration test and everything was handled very efficiently. Was able to complete the tests, vaccination and documentation in a week. Would highly recommend.

Do not waste your time or your money. I came in after hitting my head suspecting a concussion as I was dizzy, nauseous, and having trouble walking straight and thinking. And the most important thing: I have had a concussion before and both know how it is diagnosed and how it feels. The doctor came in for a total of 2 minutes to listen to me breathe and to look into my mouth. She did not bother to do a single test to see if I had a concussion. Nothing to determine if I actually had a concussion or not. Instead she looked at where I hit my head (directly on my temple) and told me that I probably didn't hit it hard enough for a concussion and to just rest. This is not the first instance of this behavior. They did something very similar to a friend who came in sick, they refused to do any testing, and she ended up going to a different urgent care and testing postive for covid. I will NEVER return here and I recommend you do the same.

Decent experience with the actual doctors however the nurses tend to have pretty bad attitudes here which isn’t the most reassuring feeling especially when in need of urgent care lol
