I recently tore my rotator cuff and can no longer pull start my Stihl chainsaw, so I took it to them to see if they’d take it on a trade for a new Battery operated one. They were more than fair with me and I was using my new saw the same day. I will be doing business again with these guys. Thank you!

Stopped in a whim to look at some of their products as we were needing to buy a new zero turn mower for our yard. As a previous power equipment salesman, I can tell you, these individuals know what they are doing and do it well. I was absolutely shocked at the amount of parts they have for almost every brand you can think of. I spoke with the owner and he guided me through some of the products in my price range. Did a little more looking and saw they had what I was looking for, in my price range, and ended up purchasing it. The gentleman that helped with the sale was top notch and knew every bell and whistle of that machine. They delivered next day. 5 Star Experience for sure!

Just bought a Toro lawn mower from the Power Outlet. This is the second product that I have bought from these folks. I just want to say publicly that this is a first class partner. I have dealt with Kim, Gary and a third person, name escapes me but he helped me this past Saturday morning. These guys do a great job. We bought our Toro from the some years ago and signed up for the VIP service. Now when we take it in for the winter service they stamp the work order in red ink: VIP.....We just picked it up and once again they did a great job for us. I was too lazy and tired to clean it up before we dropped it off. When we picked it up it looked brand-new; they did an awesome clean-up for us.When you go in there you'll see a lot of signs: take time to read them as they're teaching you to be a good customer!Thanks again to Kim and Gary and all the crew..

Purchased a Snapper riding mower in 2020 and was very satisfied with Kim. He explained everything that needed to be covered and the price was good. Did have to come back for an adjustment and they were quick with the fix. Also brought in other lawn tools and they got them running perfectly. A good place to do business with.UPDATE in 2024! It's been 4 years now that I've been purchasing and repairing my lawn equipment with Power Outlet. Each time whether it's Kim or Gary (and others), I get prompt, personal and professional service regarding my visits...still worth 5 stars even now!

The power outlet has a team of experts ready to assist you with so many options in outdoor power equipment to take care of any size yard from residential to commercial. Kem, Gary and others are very helpful and know a ton about several manufacturers so they can set you up with mowers etc. that meet your needs. You can trust them and go to them, as I do. Unfortunately our experience with this company is not positive; the worst customer service experience. They had our power washer for over 7 weeks; called numerous times to check the status of repairs.. first left on hold for 15-20 minutes to be told someone would call us back. Never received a call back ever! I called over 8 times! Finally received a call to pick up unit; fired it up when we got home.. the unit died again within 3 minutes of starting up.

The Power Outlet in Mooresville, NC, is an Honest and professionally run business. I have dealt with them on several occasions for residential lawn equipment purchases. Jim, Kembo, Betty, Gary and Josh have always meet my needs. They are professional and are very eager to help their customers with new or used equipment purchases, or service on existing equipment. Keep in mind that open and honest communication is essential. Research the products that you are considering BEFORE you visit. You tell them what you are looking for, and they will give you several options to choose from. They are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. They stand behind the products they sell. They are there to support their customers. If you need new or used power equipment or services, do not waste your time with Big Box stores, GO TO THE POWER OUTLET !

Definitely the worst company to try to do business with. Had a very simple warranty claim I thought they could handle and was told it would be about two weeks to repair. Gave them three weeks and no word, called in and immediately put on hold and forgot about, had to hang up and call back. Was then told I was within the next two or three to be worked on and would hear back in a day or two. Three weeks later still no word, so I finally just went and picked it up from the store. After I was handed my equipment back that was never touched, I was told it would’ve been a very simple warranty replacement process but now I was to figure it out myself and he wishes they “had the ability to contact a customer every step of the way during a process” one simple call could’ve told me they were waiting for a replacement unit and I would’ve been fine. But a month and half with no contact is unacceptable.
