I have used Superior Storage multiple times at this location, and Aaron has been so helpful every time I had questions. My move-out was very smooth, and he handled all issues effortlessly and was very professional. I really recommend anyone to come and rent a storage unit from Superior Storage, especially at this one. You will not be disappointed!

If you need a nice, clean and a safe place to store your valuables Superior Storage is the place your looking for! They have many great features but the ones that I loved the most were the safety, and climate controlled features.First of all, you are not entering a gate to access your outside unit but you are actually INSIDE A SECURE ENTRY, PASSWORD CODED, BY YOUR OWN CREATION BUILDING WITH CAMERAS!!! BIG PLUS FOR ME!!!?Second, I also loved the fact that it was climate controlled. I had many things in my Units that could have been destroyed if it wasn't. I also liked the fact that the managers were on duty six days a week so if I needed them (which I didn't) they were available. ANOTHER PLUS FOR ME!Last and most importantly, the on duty managers were friendly and I liked them, especially Aaron he understood me! ANOTHER BIG PLUS for me! I moved out I think three times or at least I gave my notice to vacate 3 times? but only moved out in reality once! If you've ever had a house built then you understand how your closing date can change. Aaron understood me! The only thing that I didn't like was that they aren't allowed to prorate your move-out rent other than that I would have given them an A+!

The facility is clean and well lit. I have been a customer for several years. I only interacted with someone in the office there a couple of times but he was very nice, pleasant and helpful. Storing my stuff here was an excellent experience. The only reason I moved out of my unit was because of the latest price increase. There had been several increases over the years but the last one was a real eye opener. The good news is that it forced me to throw out a lot of stuff that needed to be thrown out. I should probably give 4 stars because of the pricing but the overall experience was very good. And you will know the pricing up front if you choose to lease a unit so you can make your own decisions about cost. Everyone has a different price threshhold.

I’m new to the area and need some extra space before finally getting settled, Donna was so great with helping me pick the unit I need and walked me through the whole process, she is very professional and has great customer service skills. I’m happy knowing I picked the right facility.
