When I first came in I had already went online and opened my account, I knew I was coming in for a business account while trying to receive the promotions they have going on for $400 with deposits. Well, Donald helped me while I was there for TWO hours, I kept asking about the promotion. I tried to call him he never called me back to confirm or let me know anything. It was such a long process but I had to ask allllll the questions. I called today to ask them how can I obtain my pin because I never received it in the mail she said let me transfer you to our care team. The care team then tells me I can go in a branch to get a pin immediately. It was around 4:30-4;35 when I called. I get you want to go home but you could’ve helped me in seconds instead of transferring me. I hate lazy people.

Horrible bank. Misled me on accounts twice so far, was such a better experience with less fees when it was Suntrust. I would highly advise against opening an account or morgage with them, they are straight fraudsters.

This bank is the absolute worst! Constant long lines, no customer service. They have actually picked up the phone and then hung it back up rather than answer it.

3.5 years after moving states and I still miss this Branch. Im unsure if Elizabeth still works there but she was the best personal banker I have ever had. She always went above and beyond and made me feel like a valued customer there. I always left feeling well taken care of. We need more Elizabeth's in this world!

?⛔?⛔?I personally dont have an account with this bank but my wife and children do. I've been advising my wife to leave for years. I guess their security system is not up to standards or something. At least 4 times a year there is fraudulent activity on 1-3 of the 5 accounts that my family has. A fraudulent transaction for tens of thousands of dollars was passed thru one of the accounts in a state that my child has never been to. Now they tell us they are closing his account and and not allowing another account to be open in his name. Why are we being punished for their lack of provision? These are college students, NOT SCAMMERS. Members for approximately 8 years. This is how customers are treated??I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS BANK!!!???

Slowest customer service. BB&T and SunTrust was not ready for the merge. This bank is not ready for the amount of high volume of customers. Need to hire more employees. Always short staff and long waiting time in branch lobby and drive thru. Worst customer service. Would not recommend to new customers.

Takes 20 minutes to do one transaction in the Drive-Thru when there's only one car. The management needs to look into this place the drive-thru staff is always terrible and the management just doesn't care!

Lobby always closed. Same lie every time. Someone went home sick. Have called ahead to be sure lobby was open. Said it was but doors locked when I arrived 5 min later. Think up a better lie!

This bank if the absolute worst! Wait times are ridiculously long and their equipment is always malfunctioning. The staff may be friendly, but they will do nothing but smile at you while they waist your entire day! I would leave less than one star if it were an option. HORRIBLE!
