The print department is so friendly and has excellent customer service. I had an odd print request to print, cut, and laminate a giant five foot boat and they were very helpful. I came in with a crying infant in tow, and they made sure to be quick to help get the baby back home. Terri was particularly helpful! I’ll be back again!

Absolutely love Terri (and Mike) in the print department. Not only has she consistently provided superior customer service she has introduced me to other products available. Most importantly, I know that my order will be done correctly and if I did something wrong they'll call me. (I thought I was not going to survive when Terri was at another store.

I never asked for help. But was immediately stopped at the door asking what I wanted. Supposed to come off as helpful but made me feel under a microscope and bothered, so don't think you guys should do that unless someone asks for help or looks like they need it. Also, got charged for printing off a blank page because it didn't print the right thing. My card declined for zero reason, they refused cash payment, so I had to transfer money while people were waiting behind me. I transferred enough for 10 cent pages and turns out they doubled the price to print paper. I would have went somewhere else if I knew it was the cost of 2 meals the print my homework. I'm not happy and this economy is killing me. Leave it to staples to take advantage.

Employees are not happy to be there, nobody wants to help or has a clue what’s going on. Very little communication and no customer service. Would rather use Fed Ex for any printing needs!

Special to shout out to Sondra for going above and beyond with helping me with my checkout today. I couldn’t mention her name in the survey so I wanted show my gratitude here. This staples is probably my favorite one in the greater area. They’re always so friendly, so helpful, so thoughtful of the customer, and above all else, they’ve never not finished a print job for me hours ahead of schedule. I am so appreciative of this location’s customer service. Thank you!!

My experience at this location was great. Knowledgeable staff and well stocked shelves. They had exactly what I was in the market for. A bit pricey but that was to be expected. The item I purchased was a refillable stainless steel fine writing pen. The purchase total was about 32 dollars but well worth it.

I visited the store on Monday night at 6:50 pm. I waited for a sales rep to help me but he was busy with talking to his colleagues. I looked at printers but he didn't come to help me. Then I asked him the specific brand and the model I am looking for. He said they should have it then tried to sell me a more expensive model. It was a total waste of time.
