Nice new friendly clean Sam's Club! Had my favorite organic snack! Yummy! Large parking lot. Just let me state. Sam's club is good in general. The problem I have going there is the Sam's Cafe. The workers there are not funny or helpful. I ordered a full pizza and the woman at the counter wanted to sell me a pizza slice. I had to tell her for a second time. I wanted a full pizza please. She rolled her eyes and said. Ok it will be 25 mins. I paid and she gave the receipt. I waited. Looked at my watch . It was over 30 minutes to get ! They were not busy. It was 3pm when I ordered. She made a point of doing other small things. No customers waiting before getting a frozen pizza out to cook for me. It was done I could see it on the track out of the oven. She was still doing other small things instead of getting it and cutting and boxing it up. The next time I went there. I asked for a hotdog combo. Another woman that was there said No ! We don't have those. I asked, no hotdogs ? She said, we have hog dogs but the buns need to defrost! WTH ? Ok.

I'm a trucker. I got here an hour early at 2 o'clock for a 3 o'clock appointment. Their rude and unprofessional staff did not even acknowledge my existence I'm still sitting out back waiting to get unloaded it's now 5:30 PM. I finally talked to someone saying they were the general manager. All that person could to do was complain that they had to clear the docks and make room for the product that they ordered on my trailer. Also how much money they're losing because they're having to rearrange things to make room for the product on my trailer. Here's the thing I didn't order the crap but what they're doing is screwing with my livelihood. The government regulates the time I can drive and be on duty and work after that I can't make any more money. It's a shame that a man's livelihood is left in the hands of a few unprofessional ass clowns. Oh as an added note I finally got to talk to somebody but for the first hour while I sat in that office nobody even acknowledged my existence. So if you're a trucker don't deliver anything to the Sams club the receiving people are horrible. They need a slice of humble pie and also need a lesson in humility accompanied by a side dish of professionalism. Boycott this place truckers these people suck.

This was my second visit to this Sam's location, but first time inside. Previously I did a buy online, pickup in store order and that experience was great. This time I needed to put my eyes on the shelf to see if they had what I needed. Many of the spaces were empty and some of the items I'm used to seeing in Sam's were not there. Supply chain issues are hitting everyone and Sam's is not exempt. I visited just before closing so the store was not busy at all. The layout is very different from the location I'm used to, but I noticed that it was very clean overall. Several self checkout lines were available and wait time was not an issue.

Tonight's visit was a little disappointing with the availability of help at the service counter. It appears that Sam's Club is having difficulties with staffing which is showing unfortunately I'm hoping that management can step up and address this issue so the store returns to a higher standard of service I've always thought SamsClub provided service above the Costco's of the world but tonight it did not show Hoping for a turn around soon

?Can't trust the tire shop. My teen took her car in for tire rotation. Told them the tires were low. When we picked it up this evening, the tires still looked low and the low light was still on. So I went inside and was patronizingly told that it would take time for the light to reset and that the tires were fine. They wouldn't even look at them. So we got home and checked the tires. They are at 29 PSI. So we will be filling the tires which is what they were supposed to do. At this point, I don't even know if I believe they did a tire rotation. The whole patronizing attitude plus the complete lack of interest in even checking the tires shows what kind of place this is. My advice, go elsewhere.

The staff is so nice and friendly. The store has a very wide verity of really anything they have never been out of stock on anything definitely recommend. And if you need to buy things in bulk or not then come to sams. And when your near the freezers it's never cold they have great food samples and are once again very nice.

Sam's has the best party platters. I picked up this sushi party tray for a girl's night out and it was plenty for 8 guest. Everyone truly enjoyed it. This price was very reasonable for the portions. Definitely ordering this party tray and a few other items for our next gathering.

Placed an online order for a TV. Card was charged immediately. Two days later I check the order status and it was canceled by Sam's. No email no call nothing. Cant get customer service to answer the phone, the chat feature is a joke and no one in the store can tell me why it was canceled. But now these clowns want me to wait 5-7 days for my REFUND. WHY WAS I CHARGED BEFORE IT SHIPPED? WHY DO I NEED A REFUND FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER EVEN PROCESSED? CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP. Don't need this nonsense with Cosco and BJ's

Very clean, organized and orderly shelves. Yes, they check for a membership card at the door, which seems to irritate some folks. I say to those folks...go ahead and try to use other "private membership only" places. You won't succeed w/o a member card. The checkout people were friendly enough, yet professional. Doesn't offend me. I prefer the faster check out without unnecessary chatter. As far as floor people to help you.... NO retail shopping can never have enough for some folks. Me, I rely on all those signs. Quicker and does not jack up the product cost. High end stores that charge too much for inferior products (for the price) have plenty of people wandering around ready to help those who cannot help their selves. And not everything is in huge quantities. And of course the prices. Bottom line...great prices, great shopping!

I have been shopping at Sam's club for over 30 years and have never been treated so disrespectfully in a retail situation in my life. I had a $331 CASH reward on my sams club account which had fraudulent activity thereby removing my cash reward. I contacted sams club immediately and they sent me a digital gift card. The corporate representative said to walk into the store and claim cash. I went into the Mooresville Sams club and waited in a long line after a month of waiting for the gift card. The service desk rep couldn't figure out how to do it so she called the manager Ryan. He was extremely rude. Ryan didn't even ask me the troubles I've been through to date and simply yelled at me and said we don't cash gift cards. He literally snapped at me and did not even apologize for the situation. I spent multiple hours dealing with a fraudulent claim and THIS IS HOW IM TREATED! My time spent was worth ten times the amount owed! The manager Ryan needs business training on how to deal with loyal paying customers! Never in my 40+ years have I been treated so poorly at a retail store.

I've been shopping at Sam's Clubs different locations for almost thirty years. During that time have seen a decline in customer service and/or any service on the floor. Staff on floor are chattering it up and or don't know where to find product. At this location had a woman asking for my card when walking in? I haven't seen this in years. Your card has to be used upon payment so why over due it? Was here to get a birthday dinner King Crab while pricey was good. Will come back for more.

I came into this location today, on a Sunday. There are 3 lanes that said open, only one had a cashier. I asked that cashier if the lane was open, (nobody was standing there) she looked at me and said, what does the sign say? (With sarcasm) I then put my items on the belt assuming it was open... Then I ask another lady who would be checking me out as a few ladies were standing around talking. She looked at me and pointed to the lady in the lane next to me and told me to move to that lane, I told her she had told me that lane was open. Then the lady looks at me and said that's not what I said, I told you what does the sign say? I told her it said open! She looked at me and said well its not horrible customer service.I'll be going to Costco from now on
