As I was checking myself out (there are no cashiers) I had to say no three times to a sale pitch to upgrade my membership. The best part was making sure I didn't steal anything as I left. If this is the fate of service in America I will pass.

Horrible customer service. Drive an hour to get something that they are supposed to have 3 in stock of and they the (associate store managers - 2 of them) do nothing to help you get item after traveling after all that distance to get said item. As you can not purchase it on sams.com They would not even sell the display even though they claim to have 15 more coming in on the next truck and could have replaced the display when the truck came in. All they know how to say is “we make no exceptions.”

I purchased 4 tires from this location. They were unable to get the lugs off of the rear tires. I asked if we could just have them mounted a a location near home. I was told if they didn't install them it would void the warranty. They said I needed to take it somewhere else and have the lugs loosened and then bring it back to have the tires installed. They charge 20.00 a tire to install so I asked if they would refund the 40.00 for the rear tires. I was told no but I could return all 4 tires and get a full refund. How does that even make sense. You are going to take off the 2 tires that are installed remount the old 2 and then give me a full refund. So for 40.00 they a willing to loose a customer that just spent 869.00. plus the other 211.00 that we spent while waiting.

I had a wonderful visit at Mooresville , NC Sam's Club. A very attractive young lady was so pleasant and happy to be at work. She was helpful and loved her job. Her name was KeKe. Thanks KeKe for the laughs.

Recently rejoined Sams Club after taking a break for a few years. Still has a good selection of products and the self-checkout is a breeze. Beef prices are high, but the chicken prices are good. Had a rotisserie chicken on the last visit. That was pretty good. Also enjoy the hot dogs at the snack bar.

I have always had a great shopping experience here. I highly recommend the Scan and Go part of the Sam's App so you can checkout anywherewhere in the store and no need to stand in line. This location is one of my favorite Sam's

No wait, no crowds, spotlessly clean inside & gas for $2.99 per gallon outside. Traffic in & around Mooresville is the pits, but that isn't Sam's Clubs fault.

Got my gas and went inside to get a apple pie my sister told me about. A huge pie tasted like home made. The cost was $7.99. A good price for such a big pie. Will do again.

Discrimination at its best at the Mooresville, NC location! Around 7pm last night, we used the scan and go and my child accidentally scanned his drink twice. The register allowed us to remove the item but needed a clerk to approve the transaction before we could finish our purchase. There was a blonde clerk standing in front of us with her back towards us. She was on her phone. My husband and I called over for her and when she turned around, she didn’t acknowledge us, totally disregarded us. She instead went to the Caucasian woman next to us. We are Asian. The clerk clearly saw that we were waiting on her and continued to ignore us then proceeded to walk away, not once saying a word to us. At that point I got frustrated and yelled out at her. She turned around and yelled at us, in which I responded, “You should’ve said something!” She stomped away. Maybe she assume we didn’t speak English but could read minds, because the communication was never there. Not even a, “Sorry, I’ll be right back.” After a couple minutes of still not being able to check out, I started to move our items to another self checkout register and ANOTHER clerk finally came to clear us. I hate that my 4 year old had to witness such discrimination. That one clerk was so foul that I will never take my family back again.

I go to Sam's club at least once a week. Being a family of 10 it's a must to be able to do both shopping at a reasonable price. Not only do they have everything you're looking for but their staff are helpful and friendly. They're all so well stocked up on items. I prefer Sam's club over Costco. Been a member at Sam's club since 2010
