I had a wonderful experience working with Grey. I truly appreciate his patience and kindness. I went to the dealership browsing for a vehicle which I thought it was available at their lot. Grey was very attentive and had the vehicle delivered the following day, ready for me to test drive it. Kudos to Grey for getting it done. Also the staff was really wonderful all around.

I had been tossing around the idea of getting a new car for a few months now, and visiting the Randy Marion Subaru dealership really sealed the deal for me.
I worked with Gabe and Ron, and both of them made the experience so warm and memorable. I felt like I was hanging out with my family. We laughed, joked, shared pictures of our dogs, and Gabe even went above and beyond to have a giant bow on my new Crosstrek for me.
While I don’t think I’ll be in the market for a car in a long while… I’d come back time and time again if needed to. I highly recommend visiting this dealership to find an inexpensive and reliable car under the care of friendly and knowledgeable people.

The sales staff is really wonderful. I got hit by a U-haul right in front of the store today, so I had to park in their lot while waiting on the Police. I felt bad parking in “customer” parking but they were so kind! Four or five gentlemen came out to check on myself and my 4 year old, bring us cold water, and they even found some bumper clips to keep the plastic from falling off my vehicle where I was hit, so that I could try to drive home safely. I just wanted to say that the sales staff there is really caring and I’m very grateful for the gentlemen who helped us today. Thank you.

I leased a Forester in March and due to change in life / work circumstances this car just didn't turn out to be for me. The Forester is a wonderful car full of amazing features - I am just not a Forester person. I decided to reach out to Randy Marion Subaru to see if I had any options, and a day later they had me in a 2024 Crosstrek. I would have absolutely understood if they told me to take a hike, but they worked with me to get me into a car I really like. This is my 4th Subaru and dealers like this are why I am brand loyal. Thank you to all who were involved in this deal - this has been a dark year for me but you all brought some light.

Last week we purchased our 5th or 6th vehicle from Randy Marion Subaru. From the top down they are hands down one of the best dealerships I've dealt with over the last several years. Brian and the entire sales are second to none. The service department has always taken great care of our vehicles as well.

I walked in here thinking they would be like all the rest of the dealerships after really getting screwed over on my last loan from a different dealership, I was wrong. I can't say enough good things about my experience and Aaron Rourke, you were hands down THE absolute best. Can't express how grateful we are to have had worked with you. I knew I'd have negative equity from my old car but just from the experience alone, it was worth it and a huge lesson learned for me, I will not go anywhere else if I ever decide to buy a new car. Most places send you on your way after you make the deal, Aaron took the time to explain how all the features work and just went above and beyond....we are so grateful for him. Thank you for the best experience I've ever had purchasing a new ride. I'm so happy with everything. You guys deserve 20 stars.

When I say I have never had a better experience buying a new car, I mean that whole heartedly. My last experience from a different dealership was terrible, they really took advantage and charged me way more than the camaro was worth and rushed me out the door, I didnt have time to even think because they were pushy. [TRADING POST IN CONOVER] Do not go there. I walked into Randy Marion thinking they would probably be the same way but I was so wrong. I knew I'd have negative equity but I wanted to see what my options were, they gave me the best deal compared to others I had called around to. They also weren't pushy which I have never been to a dealership that wasn't. These people actually care about the customer. I worked with Aaron Rourke, That guy is a God send...keep that man at all cost Randy Marion. Usually you sign the papers, make the deal and places send you on your way, he went above and beyond & He took out the time to walk me through all the features and how things work...I am still just shocked at how great we were treated at this place, its just unheard of. Even with the negative equity, to me its worth every penny just from the experience and me being truly happy in what I purchased. I would give this place 20 stars if it were an option, if you're reading this review, I would recommend this place to anyone, you wont regret it. I'll be back if I ever decide to buy anything else and Im recommending you guys to everyone and their mama, Thank you so much for everything!!!

The sales staff Jason and Brian that we worked with to purchase our new Subaru were great. They treated us like family! My wife has told everyone that she loves her new Subaru! Thanks to everyone that we met at Randy Marion Subaru. Today 8/23/24 we had our 10,000 mile service and the service department found that our battery was going bad, they replaced it under warranty, thanks for the caring service ant the service department!

Tom Gilbert in the service department was awesome and very helpful, understanding and listened to my concerns and a dressed them in a very respectful and professional manner. If I need to ever to return I want Tom to be the check in guy.
