I chose Race City for my replacement HVAC system because they listened to my needs and proposed a solution that met those needs as well as accounted for the limitations of the space.
They arrived on time and finished on schedule. When concerns arose during the installation, one electrical the other structural, they did the right thing and made the necessary improvements. With this additional work, they kept to their original estimate.
The professional installers were great.
I highly recommend them for your replacement system.

Tech called before he arrived. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Obviously he enjoyed what he did. I was so impressed, I signed up for the maintenance program.

Best experience we have had with any company, it's been a year now and everything is working great. Probably should have a check up on the system just for peace of mind.

HONEST AND EMPATHETIC.
I called Morris Jenkins and they told me I have to change the entire system which would have costed me $15-17 thousand. After calling Race City,They sent Justin from Race city Heating and Air and it costed me $200. He said it’s the fuse that was bad and the water was jammed in the outlet pipe and he fixed it. We have no problems for 6 years. They are very genuine and experienced in letting us know what the real problem was.

Need a reliable company that is looking out for your best interest and not just $$ in their pocket, then you must contact RACE CITY. I sent an email message on a Tuesday, explaining the issue and Justin was onsite on Friday to look at the issue and advise. Instead of an entire system swap out, he gave a few recommendations and then he was back onsite the next Tuesday to take care of the issue.
On time, clean workmanship and installation and great prices. 10 star rating with looking out for the customer and what is best for the person paying for what is needed. AWESOME

Service needed, so I called and Blane came out to look to see the next day to see if there was an issue that a previous HVAC company had stated..no issue found. Blane was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything for me to understand. If you want great service and honesty, go with Race City. Call Cary and she is also fantastic to work with. Cannot provide a high enough rating.

Justin and his crew were awesome to deal with when having to install a new HVAC system in our home. His team was professional, on time, efficient, in and out and no short cuts. Our house has never cooled so well. I have no doubts come winter the heating side of the unit will be no different. While they weren't the cheapest quote we got, they were the most professional and I knew going with them I was going to get a great product that was the right size for our so footage and what really matter with something like this, the best service. Race City Heating and Air didn't disappoint and should be considered for all your HVAC needs.

They installed two new HVAC systems and a tankless water heater. The crew was professional and very nice, but it took several days and there were a few hiccups.I also think maybe the owner/salesman should have discussed with me the efficiency of what I was buying. I think I wound up buying a cheap system (my fault, cost was critical) and wish I’d been given more knowledge and maybe bought a better system. My usage has been increased and it seems to be struggling all the time. And the hot water takes forever and never gets hot enough. BUT, I would recommend this group of companies, and have often.Services: Heating system installation
