To make a long story short…I heard a cat in my engine compartment while driving on I-485. My trip originated in Belmont, NC. After 3 failed attempts stops to get the cat out I went to Lakepoint Automotive in Mooresville, NC for help. The owner heard the cat and took my car in immediately. The battery/battery tray, various wiring harnesses, shroud covering inside of front right fender, etc. had to be removed just to see the cat. After 3 hours of work the kitten came out of a VERY small opening. It was a really hot day when this happened. I cannot believe this stray kitten survived and I CANNOT say thank you enough to this business who stopped what they were doing to help me and that cat! By the way after all that disassembly and reassembly they would not let me pay them. The kitten is at Animal Control being given some fluids.

I am sooo happy they were recommended to me. I will never go anywhere else. Rob is as honest as the day is long. I'm a widow on a fixed income and have been ripped off by AAA and the Kia dealership in Mooresville. I just got my car back and Rob saved me $1100 this time around.

Excellent, professional service. I've been taking my cars there for over ten years and always refer others there. They do what needs to be done on your vehicles. They fixed other shops' repairs where cables were left unhooked, etc. I trust them and their expertise.
