I went in this store in Monroe NC M bonday and the code red mountain dew was $1.68 and was out of stock. I come back the next day and it's in stock and went up to $2.28 that's a ,60 cents hike in a day . We ring up our own merchandise, we bag our own merchandise and we pay through a self pay register. You eliminate employee jobs and replace them with self checkout and prices sky rocket out of our budget. Needless to say I took the merchandise

Absolute worst Walmart I've ever been too, a couple weeks back I went and all the products on the side fridges were labeled that you couldn't purchase them something along those terms. Today I came and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting my mom and I couldn't use them and we ourselves had to clean them to use them. This is unacceptable, they left the cleaning cart with supplies in the front when instead they should already be clean and usable for costumers.

Sandra at customer service was useless and couldn't do what I asked her to do, needless to say don't ask for a money order there Who hires people that are too incompetent to understand what you ask them to do in the first place.

If you are looking for electronics, do not waste your time here. There is never anyone working the electronics section so if the item you're looking for is locked, it might as well be out of stock. Today I waited for 30 minutes for an item to be unlocked. After 30 minutes, I was informed the individual with the keys was on break for another 25 minutes. Just go to Best Buy.

if there was a zero star, I would click that. Walmart #0877 will not answer a phone! you can call them anytime and the phone just rings, any department! I'm literally disgusted with the store in Monroe. I called Walmart cares and reported this numerous times, the guy today told me they have had this issue with store for a long time. not very professional to ignore your phone calls. done.

Always a great experience! In and out so quick with everything on my list ! They stay stocked! Kelly is the best employee I have ran into! Always informative and she has wonderful customer service!

I am sick and tired of Walmart and how they are price gouging their loyal customers. April 1st I spent over $800 in Walmart for monthly groceries and spent more time with customer service correcting the overcharged items, not accepting coupons over a dollar etc. No these are not items that are put in the wrong place this is just a way for Walmart to make more money. I have contacted corporate headquarters for times this month and have not heard a word back. Yesterday I stop by this Walmart in Monroe North Carolina and bought a pack of Walmart brand bacon $3.78 I made sure I check the barcode under the bacon that it was the right brand and size. When I got to the self-checkout it rang up $10.78. Even the employees are telling the customers to contact the North Carolina Attorney General they are spending so much time correcting prices due to being overcharged. Walmart does not care about their customers their only concern is making money. Also watch out for Mountain Dew 12 packs they are around 3 99 but they will ring up 599. Maybe a class action lawsuit needs to be started against Walmarts.

You canceled my order and the reason given was that the items that I requested were [not in stock] which is awful funny, because after we left the pickup lane, we walked straight into the store and purchased the exact same items!!! RIGHT OFF THE SHELVES!We waited for over 20 minutes, in the Pickup area, because an employee said that she would find out from her manager why I could not be located in their system, but she NEVER returned... really GREAT Customer Service! so I checked myself online only to find that my order had been canceled!!!! I received no email notifying me of this, which could have resulted in my time being wasted and a trip all the way to the store for nothing. This was VERY inconsiderate! Plus, I was still charged for the merchandise. Explain that!We were told inside that it's just because your employees are too lazy to go get the orders, and I agree, because I went by several of them who were just standing around talking & 4 were so high that they couldn't even open their eyes (barely) and they wreaked of Marijuana! Not hating on anyone who does smoke, but when you're doing it to the point that you can't even think straight or you get lazy and can't even do your job properly, that's a problem!!!!The level of caring has gone way downhill these days, not to mention the long lines when there are multiple employees doing absolutely NOTHING!? Come On!

I am so tired of how trashy this Walmart is. I'd rather drive to target or Indian trail. This is not the first time I've found stuff in the parking lot, from it being used condoms to needles! And I just don't know what to tell my kid when I find this nasty stuff! I have tried contacting corporate they do not every call me back. They need to hire a company to clean up the parking lot or something.
