I paid $25 for express mail that was shipped on 6/28 to find out it will be delivered on Monday. I need the mail today 6/29 not 7/1, and no way to speak to anyone. I do not mind going to the UPS center to pick it up. It is needed TODAY not Monday

At approximately 10:50 am a driver for ups came down our one way in one way out small neighborhood with lots of children speeding like it was a drag way!! I yelled and he continued to speed up the road. To fast to get plate. This was green meadow way in Monroe at 10:50 Wednesday .. I’m going to search cameras for a plate and call the state!!

I went into the customer pick up center this morning to find a package that's been at the facility, out to Greensboro, and then back to the facility and the woman who was working was very short and not very nice. I was trying to tell her that it still stays that it's being prepared for delivery and she cut me off mid sentence to tell me again, that it was put on a truck early this morning for delivery.

I went there trying to track down a delayed package because the UPS AI phone system is so horrible and won't let me talk to a human. I shouldn't have to drive to the UPS warehouse for information on packages they've lost or delayed.The young lady was helpful and went out of her way to get our important package to us.

Their staff is very unprofessional and rude. The lady denied to speak her full name ,she was very stubborn and not helpful. They forget that this is a service industry and being customer we pay for a service. I have paid for 2 day delivery for a gift and their driver came before time. I was in the bathroom. He did not even wait for 1 minute and left. When I contacted online support team, they promised to deliver today, But Monroe team asked me to collect it today or wait for tomorrow. When I explained that how important the package is as, it has a gift and i must have it today, she refused to cooperate. The lady on the phone was too harsh on me. First of all, can they buy my emotions? Asking me to drive there when I am unwell. I requested her but she not at all listened to me and hung up the call.

I wish I could give less than one star. Very poor service and specially the staff. They forget that they are in the service industry and they need to be humbled with the customer. Their drivers show up before or after the the delivery window. My package was undelivered and when I requested saying that I was at home, the lady on the phone argued. She was very rude and not ready to accept the truth. The owner please train your staff some professional ethics and customer service.

Throughly disappointed, tracking info says they have made two attempts so far both times someone was home and waiting on them to sign for the package. Neither time did anyone actually show up to my house. There's no option to leave a phone number or anything and on the phone number for customer support the machine flat out told me it couldn't connect me with a person then hung up on me. I just want the stuff I paid for and if I don't receive my package tomorrow I will NEVER use ups again because I am a long haul truck driver and I have to plan way ahead of time to get home and get my items that I order.

You cant just to have a package scanned and dropped off due to UPS only being open for two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Drop off hours for packages that will not fit in the drop box outside need to be all day to accommodate everyone in my opinion. For example: people who want to drop off a package and need to have it scanned on their lunch break can't because UPS is closed.

I was expecting my package today but when I got home from work it wasn't here.10 minutes later a man knocked on my door. He apologized and said it wasn't in the system. I could tell he was in his personal vehicle and he dropped it off on his way home. I appreciate that!!!
