I was shopping today wiunprofessional at the roses in Monroe NC and I was looking at the kid shoes. I took a couple of them off and put them on the floor so I can see which ones I wanted and which ones I didnt want. Mind you my toddler is in the cart actin up so I left the shoes to tend to her just for a bit. The lady Jeannette which was the cashier at the time was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She literally was talking about how nasty I am for leaving the shoes on the floor to another customer and saying a whole bunch nasty other things about me as well loudly. This could've went a whole nother way. Meanwhile she had no clue what she was talking about. I was just trying to figure out which shoes I was getting and which ones I wasn't because I brought over 4 pair. And needless to say all the ones I had on the floor were the I ones I purchased. I had no intention on leaving the shoes on the floor. Then when it was time to check out the same cashier Jeanette was being very nasty again because one of the shoes didnt have a price on them. Just a plain nasty attitude. That is very terrible customer service and something should be done. She was a nasty women real nasty. I would never want to shop their just because of her. This experience really bugged me.... Cuz PPL can very seriously hurt doing what she did today it was ghetto and unprofessional

Low cost alternative for household & personal items... with that being said I'm over the merchandise-return process. I purchased an item and sent my dad to return it. Why this $8 item requires me to personally return the item to credit my card is beyond me! Uuuhhmm, what about a store credit or auto-refund my card! Don't inconvenience the shopper with this foolishness!!

Really not quite sure how to describe this store, other than disorganized and messy.I guess if you're looking for an overpriced version of the dollar tree, this is the perfect store for you. Some things are 'ok', but most seem to be cheaply made products that will fall apart after a couple uses. I have no idea how it became an 'anchor' store at a mall.
