The employee had no respect for the customers. I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. As she passed me by and asked what size I needed before I can even answer she kept on walking pass me and mumbled something. I never heard what she said. Another employee had to reiterate what the young lady said. She approached me with no professionalism. When I answered her question, her back was towards me as she walked to the register. I didn’t catch the young lady name but I know she was wearing her hair out in an Afro. I left and I went next door to Hibbett Sports and brought 2 pair of sneakers there.

Worker couldn't be bothered on her phone. The look she gave me for interrupting her phone time. Then asked me from across the store literally "is that the size you want" I said excuse me? A customer between us relayed the message of is that the size you want? I'm white and was totally convinced that's why I got poor service and attitude. Sorry for bothering your staff

My daughter wanted to try on a pair of shoes but no one every came over. Five employees just walking around doing nothing. No one ever even spoke to us.

I started calling at 12:00 pm and still at 2:10 no one is answering the phone. This makes no sense at ALL. Monroe store ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!

Horrible customer experience. Employee Standing at entrance only allowing 3 customers at a time. Lippppppppp9ppSlides that did not fit needed return ed. 25$ and refuse to give cash back

They would not sell us the new the shoes that came we waited for 6hrs and then they would not tell us if they had any left after 2 o clock and the manager was rude as could be dont like how they saved shoes for people when we were there first this Jimmy jazz is not a place u would want to buy new released shoes would not help us at all
