Rafael is one of the nicest people I've met lately. He had just finished another tire change. Got started changing my tire, and in less than 15 minutes, he picked me a good used tire, unmounted the damaged tire, remounted the used tire, and replaced it on my truck. His prices are very reasonable. Check with him before you spend an outrageous amount on a tire! I will be going back to Raphaels for all my tire needs. He easily earned his 5 Stars with personality and kindness!

Got a tired not even a full week later it's shredded, didn't even drive 20 miles and it exploded, went to get another and it isn't even open and no one is answering calls. What a business...can't believe my family recommended them.

Went here to get a tire replaced and I got nothing but a headache. After I got my tires done, they started to shake really badly when I went 60 mph. I went back to get them to balance my tires, but they told me that it was an alignment issue and not a balancing issue. So I went to Beroth Tire of Mocksville and not only did they tell me it was a balancing issue, but they cross threaded one of my bolts. They’ve also told me that they’ve had SEVERAL people come to them after visiting Rafael’s because they didn’t balance their tires.Absolutely horrible service. For a tire place, I would expect they would AT LEAST have the right tools to balance my tires! Also, lying to your customers doesn’t look good on your service! ?

I used to only come here to get my tires because the prices were reasonable and Rafael is a really nice guy but after today I will probably not be going back. The girl that is there which I assume is his daughter is very rude and so are the other men that are there they try to rip my father off for a tire and tried to switch them for another tire that was almost bald and when he had said something they were very rude and nasty and that is only because Rafael was not there when it was just him it was great.. don’t get me wrong it’s a great place but he needs to get the other people in line if he wants to keep customers.. his kids or not they should be respectful or he’ll lose business

He has done work on two different cars I’ve owned. Best prices around and I’ve never had any issues out of any of the work and he’s always pleasant to speak to and fair with explaining what you need and don’t need. Would recommend him to anyone needing tires

My family, friends, everyone i recommend have used Rafael since he opened. We got a flat tire and paid extra in towing to have our car towed to him insteqd of a closer tite shop. Until today I had no complaints of Rafael but unfortunately he sold me a 50$ tire today and when I left and reached 60 mph, I could tell something was wrong. I made it to the mechanic i use for motor issues and he told me there was about a gallon and a half of water in the tire Rafael put on just minutes earlier. Again, Rafael has always been our go-to guy for tires but i am afraid as his business grows he maybe loosing his quality of service. As a family living paycheck to paycheck we couldnt afford to pay for one tire, much less two.

The owner will not stand by his tires. We bought a 20 inch tire that went flat the night I bought it! Owner said it was valve stem , so we paid another $5. Went back when it went flat again. We replaced stem again, same tire flat again.. Replaced Rims on truck, same tire, flat again. Owner refuses to replace a $60 tire. He sold us a faulty tire! Worst customer service Ever!!!

This was my go to for used tires and a fast fix however today I went for a used tire and was told 50$ I've never spent more than 30$ there and Walmart carries them brand new for 70. Sorry but you I just can't

I ain't going to lie before I have my new car this is where I used to go by all my tires I had a flat this week and couldn't afford to go buy a new tire so I went here and Raphael wasn't there it was some other new guy he took 20 minutes 25 minutes putting the tire on the rim and scratched my rim all up because he couldn't use the machine to do it and he didn't balance my tire he didn't speak English so I'm going to go back tomorrow and hopefully the owner will make it right but man he messed my rim up
