My first time here. Harris teeter has been my primary grocery. Prices seem comparable and selection seems better. I miss the fuel points though.

What’s the point of selecting a time for an online sub order if it’s never going to be filled in that time. Ordered my subs at 3:33pm for a 4:30pm pick up, arrived at 4:54pm to them not being ready. Stood there until 5:02pm when someone finally acknowledged me (I had to say excuse me) - Ty seemed too exasperated to talk to me but found out they were making my subs next. Finally got them at 5:09pm. The guy making them was very nice but 40 minutes after the fact doesn’t make up for it.
This has happened many times at this specific deli. Have stopped coming, have started coming again but ordering at the counter. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt again for online order, but here we are.

Lot going on at deli when I arrived. But the young man who helped me was curious about my selection. Taylor Pork roll. Told him it was a Yankee thing like bologna but with a kick. He said he was going to try it. Overall good experience.
