ModBox Storage has an intuitive website and an easy online sign up process. The flash sale this month gave us a great deal on top of their already reasonable prices. They are located in a super convenient area and appear to have organized, well-maintained units. We are looking forward to moving our items into our storage unit we just started renting from them.

I was a long time customer of the former company Modbox purchased. While I haven't had any issues since Modbox took over, I would like for them to provide offers and discounts for those clients who have been in place for many years. Aside from that, the place is well kept and the online payment system is easy to use.

Rent goes up astronomically every year. No longer a hometown storage facility like it was before ModBox took it over a couple of years ago. The units are not that nice for the amount I am being charged. Rodrntd and snakes can get in and damage your things. Would not recommend.

Screw this place! Crap owners sold the company off and didn’t tell anyone and started raising the rates.
Follow up - few years later raised the rate again.

Decent facility. Never had any issues. Staff was always polite and helpful. The only reason I left was due to needing space for my 28ft trailer. Simply too tight for that.

The gravel roads are full of potholes and a muddy mess. It was difficult to even drive a box truck inside the facility. My unit had a big pothole beside of it that was constantly full of muddy water. The road conditions are absolutely horrible. They even had the audacity to raise my rent on the unit that was difficult to drive and that had a pothole in front of it. My vehicles needed a good wash each time I went to the facility.

The facility is very clean and well lit. There are an abundance of security cameras monitoring the property. The property management company has even begun building a new state of the art facility for future tenants. Excellent location and easily accessible to interstate 485 and highway 51.
