My husband went to great clips asking for a low fade and nothing off the top!! Well, they didn’t take anything off the top, but as far as a low fade, his hair looks chopped. The lines are uneven around his ears. They don’t match up on each side it looks like a butcher job. Definitely won’t be returning here again!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but I am on this one. I checked online before going, that they are capable of doing simple updos. My young daughter is going to a daddy daughter dance tonight and wanted something special this year. I couldn’t afford to do much so I was thrilled that great clips offered this service. We checked in online and when I arrived I was told no one there does any formal hairstyles and even if they wanted to they didn’t have the supplies to do it. My daughter held it together until we got in the car and then cried. I’m more upset that it says online the services are offered and yet with 5 hairstylists in the shop today……no one could do one or even offer some sort of option for a 9 year old. Again, she and I both would have been thrilled for just about any special updo but there was clearly no desire to help in anyway. Won’t be returning or recommending this location.

I was waiting 20 mins and I used their app like that demand . And when it was my turn two people came in after me and they started calling them first and I said I was here first and the employee said don't have a attitude and we will take you in a scarasam way . I said I am not in the mood for this and walked out. This was between 2 and 3 pm on a Saturday. Go somewhere else people

Awful experience here. They were taking walk ins ahead of me. I had checked in on the app. 2 very unfriendly women there seemed to have an issue because I had curly hair. Never giving another dollar to this place. I prefer to go elsewhere and get professional service. This was the worst Great Clips I’d ever been to.

I came to get a wash and ends clipped for my 10 year daughter. She does have coarse hair but the woman who was chosen to do her service told me I needed to take her to a beauty salon instead. She was in the chair getting her hair done by another employee so I felt she didn’t even want to attempt to do anything. Then they proceed to tell me the price would be $100+. I asked how when I came in the DAY BEFORE and received THE EXACT SAME THING and was just told: “oh then you were under charged”. I have been to this one a couple times but after the last visit; I will NEVER waste another $1 in that establishment.

I had been to great clips mint hill location yesterday, Tamika did excellent job. She understand the haircut style I wanted, very happy to have the haircut I like after years. I would definitely recommend her. One of the employee was very very loud . Overall good place for haircut service. Thanks Tamika.

I tried to give myself some layers but ended up really bad so I called great clips and asked if I could get a quick shape up and the hair stylist was really nice and said I can walk in. Saved my hair that day!

Took my daughter for her first haircut here. She's almost 4 and I was worried she would be difficult. I had Dakota cutting her hair and they did such a fantastic job. They were so good with her, she doesn't usually behave that well for stuff like this. I'm really fortunate to have gotten such a fantastic stylist for her first cut.
