“Ingles is ubiquitous all over Asheville. Great selection of all kinds of foods, veggies, fruits, breads, bulk etc. We used Ingles for our day hikes thru-out the Smokies and were really happy with all the cheeses, fruits, meats, cookies, treats, spreads, and veggies we picked up. Super convenient. Prices are crazy expensive but that is the fault of some forgetful guy and all the printing of Benjamin's ...just sayin Highly recommend”

“Publix is known for its excellent customer service, and this store is exemplary! I live in Florida, and my mother, who is elderly, lives in Hendersonville, North Carolina. This is a smaller Publix with less shelf space. My mother's favorite beverage is Publix Diet Ginger Ale. She is not good about staying hydrated, but she is much better when she has her favorite thing to drink. The last couple of Instacart orders I made for her, the shoppers told me they were out of Publix Diet Ginger Ale. This time I called and asked for the store manager to see if it would be possible to keep more in stock, and he explained about the limited shelf space there. He said he would make sure more were stocked, even if they need to be stored in the back. The next part is what makes Publix and this store so amazing. Iggy let me know that a shipment of Publix Diet Ginger Ale would be arriving the next day, and when I said that would be too late because I had built her entire order around the beverage, he offered to deliver them himself. Today he delivered just what my mother needed - Publix Diet Ginger Ale, a hug, and a smile! I can't thank Iggy enough for going above and beyond to deliver the amazing Publix customer service that we all love so much! I wholeheartedly recommend Publix South Market Village in Hendersonville, North Carolina.”

“These guys have an amazing hometown feel, which can be hard to find in asheville. Their service is well valued by my family since 3 out of 4 are on meds. They present a very professional yet familiar atmosphere, and I have been using them for years now. Preferred by my Dr bc that's who her office usually uses. Right around the corner. They deliver when they can, they will fill when it's time, usually I don't have to ask, and they use distill packs, all my does for each day in a pack for a week. “Ryan and Jamie are both wonderful pharmacists. I recently had a prescription that was sent to the Publix in Weaverville instead of South Asheville. Ryan immediately took care of the problem. He contacted the Weaverville store, told them about the issue, filled my prescription right there on the spot, and had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. Ryan is also excellent at administering vaccines. He is very gentle and I barely feel anything. Thank you Jamie, Ryan, and all of the Pharmacy team for all you do!Update 11/11/2021Jamie administered my flu vaccine today. She is also wonderful giving vaccines. “We were staying in Flat Rock for a couple days and our hotel had a full kitchen so we went there for supplies. HOLY COW that place is HUGE. From outside it looks big but standing in back looking down the aisle ftom one end to the other we were SHOCKED. Of course as big as it is is has literally every single thing I could have wanted with TONS of low carb/keto, gluten free, and vegan options. It was like a Lowes Foods, with Whole Foods, and Traders Joes mixed together. VERY nice store!”

“Update, I have used Fletcher CVS since we moved here in 2097. And of course Covid made all pharmacies a nightmare, so I am just referring to after the Covid time. Since I never got a check for not working during Covid, I don't know if the federal or state government is still handing them out and that is the reason why so many businesses are still shorthanded. But for whatever reason, cVS stores everywhere are shorthanded especially in the pharmacy. And I read an article not long ago ,that the CVS head corporation is putting a lot of pressure on the employees that are still working there. Requiring more of them with fewer less to do it. Sound familiar? Anyway, Fletchers CVS pharmacist s and their assistants or technicians(I am not sure of their exact job title) have ALWAYS treated ME with GREAT RESPECT, even when they were uninformed with phone calls and orders to fill. One employee ,Neal. Has been there the longest since we have lived in Fletchers. He is always kind, and encouraging and very helpful when I don't understand something about one of my medications. The pharmacist s also bend over backwards to accommodate me too and are very professional and kind . CVS 's problem is the CORATE OFFICE . They need to learn the word empathy for their employees and help them solve problems instead of ordering them around like they were their personal slaves. good as always”

“The system automatically cancelled my called in Rx from my Dr and it never corrected it to have a human fix it. They helped me get from different Walmart (one that's actually closer, but I choose to go to this Hendersonville Rd one) & put my savings code in so it would be taken care of automatically at other Walmart. Since it was Walmart's technology that failed my Rx, they are sending my pup's seizure meds free shipping so I don't have to go out of my way to different Walmarts this week to pick up both prescriptions. (They also have given me treats for my pup there before which is really cute.) The ladies on staff there really bring it with a friendly solution to try and fix issues. It doesn't go unnoticed by my fam!”
