Horrible service payed $85 for flowers and they were never delivered and they never called me back and they never answer the phone

Flowers weren’t delivered on time. No correspondence about their time of delivery. Did not return my call. My message looks like it was printed on the back of a cvs receipt and they ran out of ink halfway through
