They blew my 91 chevy lumina motor because they were too stupid to put on a pcv valve and put on plug wires instead. Ruined my whole life. Had to sell my home. Will Jackson is the scum of this earth.

Went up there and asked them to check my battery because it was acting like it was about to die. The guy gave me the run around saying I needed to leave it up there a couple days instead of just checking the battery like I asked. He basically just didn't want to be bothered with me. Sure enough, the next day my battery died, leaving me stranded while j waited for AAA. I'll never go back.

Quick, priced well. Was able to get me in the same day I called with a problem. Significantly less expensive than the dealer. Have been here several times, see no reason not to come back.

I got there when they first opened at 8am so that they could look at the front brake pads and rotors that they installed this summer (they were making a scrubbing sound). Dropped the car off. Never received a phone call with updates so my husband called them at around 3:30pm. They told him that they didn't have time to get to my car because they had all of these other issues with other cars that they had to address. They suggested that we leave the car with them yet another day which we refused. At other car shops that I have visited, those with appointments or those first in line, get their car issues addressed first; they don't just get to pick and choose which cars they will get to on which day. If they were unable to get to my car that day, they should have called us earlier to let us know. I understand that they are a small business and are likely short-staffed, as many place however, this is a good business practice.

I like this place a lot . I was having problems with my car and I believe somebody named Shane assisted me. He told me straight out what the problem was he was very helpful and professional . Although this place didn’t specialize in what I needed he sent me exactly where I needed to go and it was close by and affordable! Thank you ! This place is very professional and respectful I would recommend to others .
