I don't know who Randy dealt with, but I definitely have not received "great customer service". Bought 2 appliances. First one showed up cosmetically damaged. Not the fault of the delivery company, but scratched up just the same. Not inconspicuously scratched. But a lovely scratch I get to see every time I open the fridge. Granted Lowe's refunded us $50, but that doesn't fix the scratch. Now.....2nd appliance simply doesn't work. This was noticed at the time of installation (appreciated). However, the faulty appliance sits in my house and I have to wait yet another 2 weeks for delivery of hopefully a working dishwasher. Lowe's took over a week to contact about delivery of the replacement. Dreadful customer service. Why there wasn't a rush placed on getting a replacement out to me I'll never know. Lowe's needs to come pick up their garbage. I'm calling Home Depot.

It's a big box hardware store. Not a fan of self-checkout. If you can find an employee, they are usually very helpful.

If you know me you I love plants! This is where I get all of my plants when I buy them locally. They have tons of plants and I am always in heaven when I am here. Obviously they sell more than plants. If you have a home this is the perfect place to visit to obtain all of the things you need. Literally everything...flooring, cabinets, paint, lighting and more

The employees are complete idiots and if they can't find something in 2 minutes that they have 10 or even 100 in stock of, they will just shrug their shoulders and tell you to go to Durham. I was looking at the box of the exact product in the rafters and the guy and his superior and CS just shrugged and said sorry go to Durham. This same situation has happened to me 5 times, never again. I think it's funny they hound you to set up a pro account, then completely screw up your first $10K pro order putting a job behind by over a month because of their stupidity (they had everything in stock the whole time they just couldn't figure it out and delivered twice with major mistakes). I have spent $30,000 at this store in the last 6 months, but I will never return. And don't use COVID as an excuse for crap customer service. I'm sick of people using COVID as an excuse, COVID is not the reason you are lazy, COVID is not the reason you are all idiots... I will not go to Durham, I will go to Home Depot in Burlington from now on, even for a $1 purchase because I'm just so completely sick and tired you people.

Soooo, every single time I go into this store, there are multiple customers with no mask. As the virus ravages the state there are still those who continue to go out and put others at risk. I do not care if you have had it or not--wear a mask! Make EVERYONE mask compliant at your store like your sign says. I went to Home Depot in Burlington the same day and everyone had a mask on, so it can be done. Lives are at risk.

I hate leaving bad reviews but when I tell you I went into Lowe's to buy an entire kitchen set (fridge-stove- microwave- dishwasher) and a washer and dryer!! I walked out with nothing!!! Why? Because after trying to buy THREE different refrigerators I was told they had the one I wanted but they didn't know if they could sell it to me. You would think they would take my number- try and get me something else. But no. So I will take my money elsewhere. Not that it matters at store like this clearly.

My face home store thanks to great service by Dante in Outdoor Power Department. No one was there at first because Dante was busy out front loading up a customer's car. June is wonderful also in the Customer Service Department and handled my return well. Great attitude and hard worker to boot! She was the only worker at the counter and handled the situation expertly. Many thanks!

We are happy we have a store with helpful kind people. We have other locations close by but we make sure we always head to Our Lowe's with familiar faces who are always are willing to happily help. When you are there trying to get all you need take care of your home, it is nice to have people who are like neighbors, who seem to also care about your home, too. Not just to sell you something quickly. Thank you

Easy to buy landscape and gardening supplies; however when it comes to getting someone to load your purchase.. (Sorry but you are on your own. Workers will walk by you like you are not even there.) Can't give anything higher than a 1 star considering the time i waited and finally another customer helped me load what I purchased. Home Depot is clearly in my future.

This is your typical Lowe's but what made me give it 5 stars was the excellent customer service I received. I went to get supplies to repair my coffee table my dog chewed and really had only a basic idea what I needed. The sales associate in the paint section was so kind and helped me pick out wood filler and stain as well as a spatula and brush. He probably spent 10 minutes explaining the types of stain and helping me find what I needed. I really appreciated his expertise as well as his willingness to assist. This type of service makes all the difference to me and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Buyers of appliances from Lowe's beware. Bought a washer and was delivered late and the machine had no drain hose. Lowe's took it back and delivered another washer 4 days later. Store manager promised a partial refund but never came through!!
