Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday and i called around 3 left message to see where they were, called this morning and they were supposed to check and let me know. I called back before they closed no response. Delivered just now with what looks like scraps they picked up off the floor. I grew up in a florist so I know the difference!! Do not recommend at all!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! this place is so unprofessional. I made a same day delivery order yesterday morning and STILL my order was not delievered. I wasn't notified, yet i was charged full price the same day. I have called several times and sent them email and none have been answered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. They were not delivered on 2/14, nor did anyone bother calling to let me know that they wouldn't be there. That night, I left a message with them explaining that since the flowers had not been delivered, I expected my credit card to be refunded for the full amount of the purchase. They never responded to that call, and my card was charged for the full amount. The flowers showed up on 2/15. I try to always support local businesses, but I won't order anything from them again.

I ordered flowers to be sent on 5/19 . While the credit card has been charged, no intimation about delivery has been forthcoming despite 2 reminders by mail and 2 voicemails. Very poor customer service.

I have used this florist several times and the work they do is incredible. I had a very unfortunate incident with an order I placed online on Thursday December 13th. I placed the order for a flower arrangement to be delivered to a coworker on Saturday December 15th. My coworker had a very sick dog and was having to have it put down on Friday December 14th. She was a wreck the whole week at work anticipating the dreaded day. I thought flowers would give her some comfort. The flowers were delivered but instead of being delivered on Saturday as ordered, they were delivered on Friday, the day she had to put her dog down. The delivery person pulled into the driveway as my coworker was putting her dog into the car to go to the vet. He blew his horn to get their attention and my coworker was so upset she couldn't even speak. She said it became very chaotic. This is the absolutely the last thing I wanted her to experience. She said the flowers were beautiful but was so upset at the timing. This is the whole reason I requested a Saturday delivery date. I just wish someone would have contacted me to see if an earlier delivery date would be ok.

Unbelievably helpful shop manager Bradley really saved the day. Definitely went the extra mile to personally deliver a gorgeous arrangement for my Aunt's 89th Birthday after an online snafu. Thanks again Bradley! You've proven that human kindness and compassion still exists. Lisa's House of Flowers is the only florist in N.C. I will use in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We put in a rush order of flowers to be delivered to school on the last day and got a call that school closed early. They then were kind enough to deliver the flowers to this person's home. When she got home and received the arrangement she was so surprised and thought they were beautiful. They were so kind throughout the process and you can tell that they really care about their customers!!

The BEST and MOST beautiful designs ANY WHERE! Not just typical "throw flowers in a cheap vase" florist. Real DESIGNERS. You can feel the creative vibe when you enter the shop. And they will even share their snacks with you. WINNERS!

On prom day we went to pick up our flowers and there was not anyone at the shop. Called the owner and be was a rude. Had a lot of appointments. Bad time management.
