What a disappointment. A very dark streak that wasn't shown to me before I left my appointment last Friday which looks awful. I can tell you I wouldn't of left the salon if it was was shown to me! I look like a joke. I didn't even go out over the weekend because I was so embarrassed and it made me cry it is so bad.
I called the stylist to get back in nothing available on Friday, not working Saturday and was told Monday she was available so that would work for me because I am leaving town Tuesday. So I go to the salon today Monday and guess what no stylist! Claims the appointment is Tuesday.
I like to give chances but 3 strikes and you are out and I tip big because I have so much hair but to come into a 2nd appointment, I had to give my stylist the color formula again, which tells me no interest in retaining a customer, both times I visited my back was soaked from the sink and now my hair looks like a joke.
I was also told by the receptionist no other stylist were available to help. Tried to call and cancel previously scheduled appointment and no one answered.
Very sad because this close to my home, in a great location but the hair service stinks. I left the salon today in tears.

Stylist: Nadia was my stylist. I called and she was able to squeeze me in last minute within a couple hours. Very reasonable price.
She is so sweet and she saved my hair from a horrible hair cut I got..
Lesson learned to never cheat on William Henry salon.

I sat on this for quite some time, trying to decide if I wanted to leave a review or not, and decided that maybe my experience may help someone else in some capacity. Whether it's a customer or the salon. I had been a new customer and I made a request online for someone to reach out for a haircut on their website, and after a week or so, I finally got a message that one of my booking date/times would work that I selected. No information on the stylist, just confirmation on when my appointment would be. Let me say, I went into this appointment already a bit anxious as my last haircut had been about 2 years prior, and my hair had been absolutely destroyed and chopped horribly. I went to one of those cheap commercial places I won't mention by name, and that was my fault. So this time, I decided I better pick a salon with high ratings and a higher price tag, as that has to give you a quality haircut and experience! Right? Well, no, actually, it doesn't. Now, don't get me wrong, the stylist they paired me with, Nadya, was the sweetest thing. Super polite and friendly. And I came prepared for my appointment with an assortment of photos and videos of what I wanted. I explained in great detail what I was looking to get. And I explained what had happened during my last haircut and how terribly it had turned out, and she assured me I wouldn't experience anything like that again. I felt such relief and excitement that I was going to finally feel good about my hair after so long. And so she went ahead and cut my hair. And just to be clear, I asked for a shag/wolf cut mix. I told her I wanted the layers to be funky and fun. What I got was very lightly layered hair (about 3 inches of layers, and I have long hair past the middle of my back) and two thin wisps of bangs of to the sides of my face. I left defeated and sad. I know, I should've said something before leaving, but I have honestly been there for so long and felt so bad saying something. I don't know why...I'm an adult and paid for the haircut. Well, I finally put on my adult pants and called the salon a few days later and explained how I felt about the cut. I asked if I could maybe see a different stylist and was told I had to see the same one. Wait, what? But she's the one who gave me a cut I didn't like to begin with. Well, the young lady on the phone told me their policy is for the stylist to be given the chance to fix their mistakes. I guess I could understand that, so I agreed, and Nadya proceeded to text me the following week about my complaint call. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I came in for my follow-up appointment for her to fix my cut and let me just say, I left even more broken-hearted than the last appointment. She went through the motions, listened to me again tell her what I wanted, looked at my pictures, and essentially went through and trimmed what she had already cut. The only addition is that she also took a big old uneven chunk of bangs out of my hair, which I can't even pin back and hide because they're so short. When she said she was done, I decided this time im not gonna let her just end it without saying something about the fact I still didn't get what I asked for. So I said that the layers are still only at the very bottom of my hair and this isn't a shag or a wolf cut, and that my bangs are messed up. She told me, after I was there for an hour at that point, that she doesn't feel comfortable giving me what I am asking for. WHAT?! I was so close to tears. Y'all don't understand how excited I was leading up to this appointment, thinking my hair was gonna get fixed and it was gonna look amazing. When I say I was about ready to cry, I had tears in my eyes. For all those other Mama's out there who never do anything for themselves and haven't felt pretty since they had kids, you get it. Well, they tried to set me up with someone else a couple weeks later, but I just lost all faith in that salon. Especially after how the front office girl handled the reschedu

There is ample parking and the stylists are all so very nice and great at what they do!

Kerry has been my go-to girl since moving to the area. She genuinely cares about the health and longevity of my hair, provides feedback on upkeep and is very easy to book with. I always see such happy customers when I go in, never a lot of drama, place is kept tidy. Highly recommend WHS

I booked a haircut appt on their website and was emailed the same day to schedule the appt for just 4 days later! I cut my hair shorter than ever before and put a lot of trust in the hairdresser and she did not disappoint. She gave me everything I asked for and more. She is attentive to details and she made sure that the hairstyle worked for my hair texture and even explained different ways I could style it. When finished, the ladies at the front desk informed me of a brand for curly hair that I didn't know about, which is awesome! An AMAZING hair salon. I even booked a balayage with the same hairdresser in December!

Had my daughters hair done here a few weeks ago. Her hair looked great. She decided she wanted more blonde, we told her if she wanted that she would have to pay for it. She went by the salon, in person, to get an price for additional blonde. She was quoted $110 dollars. She made the appointment and went on Friday to have it done. She did purchase one bottle of shampoo, a small one. When they checked her out the total was $250.... Mind you, they just added more blonde not even a cut!! My daughter was completely taken advantage of!! This was more than the initial color, cut, and etc. from the first visit three weeks before. Shame on you for taking advantage of a child!! She's so sweet she never would have said anything. She paid with money she earned working... Not given!! Needless to say she will not return and myself being a business owner, when I give a price, I HONOR IT!!Service: Hairstyling
