“After having some hiccups with our original Uhaul rental, we ended up renting from Laurinburg Self Storage. I called Lynn in advance to double check that they had what Uhaul reserved us. She said they did, and after telling her we would be traveling 25 hours with this truck, she made sure that we'd have the newest truck available, which happened to have less than 2000 miles. When i showed up to do the paperwork, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to be sure that we had everything we needed AND MORE for our trip. Lynn allowed us extra days and miles at no cost to us, being that our trip would be so long, and I'd be following along behind my husband in our vehicle with 3 kids under 6. She showed concern and compassion to our whole family while trying to make the renting process as smooth as possible. I absolutely recommend this Uhaul location again and again.”
