My appointment involved sending a message with a picture of Covid test, leaving a message (returned within an hour), a video visit scheduled for next day, and then changed to in person due to negative Covid. Dr. Hamlin, Kim and everyone at Novant Matthews Family Physicians are superb!

My family loves Dr. Erica Davis at Novant Health in Matthews. She is very knowledgeable, kind and always answers all of our questions. She never forces anything on us and listen to all our concerns in a very caring way! I am so glad we have her as our doctor! Also everyone that works there is very kind and Kate and Christina are great at taking your blood work with no pain or bruising which is an added bonus!

I always feel so welcomed from my first interaction with the front desk at check-in to checkout and scheduling of my next appointment. Dr. Goodman is my go-to person for any of my health care needs. He is excellent and is primary for my wife and our son. Wendy, his nurse, is so professional but yet very personable.

Always a friendly atmosphere, from check in to check out. In 25+ years have never had to wait very long to see my doc. The staff is terrific.
Dr. Goodman has been there for me & my husband (now deceased) throughout many illnesses. And takes care of several others in my family as well. I feel like he’s one of us. He’s patient, unhurried, and truly cares. A blessing to the profession.
