I walked in with a tire I patched that wasn’t taking air. The manager met me and was up front about having 8 tires to replace for customers in front of me. Even so, he took my tire back and let me watch him try to air it up. He figured out that there was a faulty gasket in the Schrader valve and replaced it for me at no charge! This is all within 1 hour of the business closing for the day. This shop has earned my business and I am glad to rep.

I brought my car in for an oil change and the man that was working on my car brought me out to show me that my car was leaking oil. He explained everything to me and kindly tried to figure out what was going on. I have been screwed over every time I have went to get an oil change up until I came to Mavis Tires and Breaks! This place is amazing and everyone is very kind and helpful!

The service here was exceptional. The service team listened to my concern, which was a knocking sound when I would go over bumps in on the road. They took it for a test drive and explained it could be the shocks as I had somewhat suspected. They then took me back and showed me other signs that also pointed to the diagnosis. I greatly appreciated this as not a lot of service teams take that kind time now days.

I had an emergency and they serviced my car well, decent facility and good people, but pricing was high and unlike Firestone (usually) who offer coupons on the spot, Mavis does not. I looked online the day after and they could have saved me at least $35.

Absolutely amazing service. Got my tire pressure monitoring system done for about 40% less than all other places would have done it for. The service was amazing and they did quality work. Highly recommend.

Needed a plug in out tire, got there and was told our tires were illegally mount since the code was on the inside and a cop would tow our explorer, and they couldn't plug it since the tire had to be dismounted and had lots of dry rot on and it would make the dismount worse. So a $40 plug turned into a 220 tire.. terrible lies!
