Dr. Ladd-Snively takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed and I feel like she really wants to get to the bottom of an issue, not just cover up the symptoms. I really love having a doctor I can trust to take care of my health. It is invaluable!

My last appointment was June 13th for Wellness Visit. No one was in waiting room. My wait period was 30 minutes past my appointment. Then when I went back Dr. Snively took my blood pressure, oxygen level and weighted me. Apparently she noLonger has a nurse. We then went over my medications. Then on to questions about any concerns I was having. She basically dismissed them all and me. I was with her 20 minutes. They no longer draw blood for your Metabolic Panel. I was directed by the receptionist to Labcore. A week has passed and no email or text that my results are back. This all is simply unacceptable. I will be seeing a new Physician in June. I’m forced to go where my needs are met and I feel valued as a patient.

If anyone has had any issues with this office, I guarantee you it’s not the office. They call me back immediately EVERY time. They have never been nasty, or rude to me or my boys. If they have been mean or rude to anyone. . . They probably deserved it. Respect is mutual

My husband arrived to his appointment and noticed the sign outside stating masks were required to enter, which is fine and we have no problem with this. However, the attitude the lady at the front desk gave was uncalled for. He did not arrive with a mask (no one told us to bring one ahead of time) and when he opened the door to ask the front desk person if they had one to provide she just threw her hand up at him in a "STOP" fashion and shook her head "NO". He told her he did not have one and again she didn't speak to him but simply throw her hand up again. We left and tried to reschedule but when I called the same lady told us that my husband got very angry at them which is completely FALSE! After we left we went to Harris-Teeter, Walgreens and the Gas Station (which took about 20 minutes by the way) next to them but the cheapest option available was $15 for multiple masks and we knew we had some at home so we chose to miss the appointment instead of spending the extra money. I strongly recommend they review any video of the interaction for what not to do with customers. We tried giving them a second chance but when the staff is making false accusations towards their customers then we will gladly stop using them. This review is strictly due to the front desk person and not reflective of Dr. Ladd, who has always been very professional and kind. Based on the other reviews it seems like other people have experienced the same attitude we received.

If I could add negative stars I would, the staff has horrible customer care. The doctor was loved which is unfortunate. Having kind staff is very important in the medical field. My Husband came for his appointment and forgot a mask. He was told rudely to "put his mask on!". He did not mind to wear one, so he asked if they could provide one. He was told by front staff/ manager ..." No, you can go over to walgreens and purchase one!" (Rude tone). I work in healthcare and we ALWAYS provide mask to those who need one, forget one etc etc. Its called good customer care! Also when the appointment was made he was not reminded of their protocol regarding the mask. Like I said I am in the healthcare field and we mandate mask at our office, every place is different and its understandable. But its good to have compassion and care for your patients! There motto "Be treated like family" more like be treated like dirt. Its very disheartening.

Had to call Dr. Ladd-Snively's office on Monday about a health issue I had on Sunday. Ms. Debbie at the front desk was the first point of contact. After carefully listening to my urgency to see the Doctor the same day, checked the calendar and found no opening for that day. After setting the earliest appointment on Tuesday she told me that she will let the Doctor know about my call and the urgency to see her ASAP. This extra step taken by Ms. Debbie enabled me to see the Doctor the same evening. Thanks Ms. Debbie.Dr. Ladd-Snively, a caring and compassionate professional, always with a smile on her face, found the time to see me on the same day. After, through evaluation I came out with peace of mind. Thanks Dr. Ladd-Snively.Thank you Chestnut Family. Keep up the good work.

Caution, I do not recommend this office. Office staff and nursing staff is extremely rude. Nurses don't call back. Front desk advised us to make another appointment if we have questions about test results. Suggested we educate ourselves searching google for answers! Terrible. Don't waste your time and money. You will not find compassion from anyone in this practice.

In my 62 years of experiencing life with many physicians, Dr. Ladd is there most non-compassionate Dr. that I have ever come across! If you are truly ill, FIND ANOTHER DR.!!!

Wow! Absolutely the best doctor! Great bedside manner. Not pushy at all and completely focused on our health. Dr Bhat was amazing with our 6 year old daughter. Very impressed.

We recently moved to the area and have had a wonderful experience with this practice. Very attentive and takes time with each patient. Goes above and beyond to answer any questions including calling with answers despite the fact I didn’t request an immediate answer. We’re always greeted kindly when we check in!

I have never had such hands on experience, but coming here taught me how I suppose to be treated as a patient. I had been dealing with an issue for 27 years had been to so many doctors and I went to her she listen didn't cut me off or made me sound like I had a mental issue she immediately knew what the problem was and she addressed it and I can honestly say I feel so relieved. I would refer her to any woman because she really join hands with you and tackle the issue so if you're looking for an amazing doctor she is your lady.

I always feel heard by Dr Ladd Snively. I never have to wait and she always works me in when I’m sick. She is without a doubt the best Dr. my husband and I have had in a very long time! And the staff is equally helpful and kind!
