What’s not to love about Bug Lots?? If it’s clean - it is, well organized - it is, well stocked- it is, and well staffed with friendly & helpful associates - it is, then it’s a great bargain shopping experience, and It IS!

Big lots needs a better delivery system.. the people who delivered the couch I spent a lot of money on were hostile humans … don’t get anything delivered from them… terrible.

This big lots have gone downhill since some of the cashiers have left. They have a whole bunch of older lady or ladies working there.

I spent 17 minutes walking around their furniture department as I am trying to find a replacement couch and loveseat. The gentleman who was behind the register in the furniture area never once said a word and just continue to stand there and stare at his screen. I have a decent selection for the price and the promotion they were offering was solid with the additional 20% off but I left. Pretty bad to be working in that area and not even come acknowledge a customer

I have to give a or I cant post review, this place is so dirty and nasty, the service is crappy, the cashiers are on their phones, making videos and could care less about the store or customers the bathrooms are disgusting toilet paper everywhere on the walls, stalls, and ceiling smh, its obvious they dont clean or sanitize anything in this store. The value of the items I couldn't tell you b/c I just left I was done at that point.

If zero was an option, this would be zero. It took 3 people a very long time to ring a soda. Cashier had trouble with math. It was a terrible waste of time.They also expressed this had been an issue last year, yet we waited a ridiculous amount of time for what should have been an easy fix to a known problem.Don't waste your time.
