I stopped by on Saturday, 04-13-24, for Slurpee Bring Your Own Cup Day. As a 7-Rewards member, I kept getting emails leading up to this day. I thought the idea was to be creative and to use whatever container you wanted to use, providing it fit in the store's 10-inch cutout.
When I got to the cashier around 7:30 pm, she said I couldn't use my container. I told her I thought you could use any container as long as it fit. She then said I could fill it halfway. This was my first time participating. Employees should adhere to the guidelines sent in the Rewards emails. If they can make up rules as they go, there should be disclaimers.
I still enjoyed my Slurpee brain freeze, but the cashier took some of the fun out of it. I hadn't had a Slurpee in a long time. It was good to see sugar free options.

My wife and I stop in here on Saturday morning usually around 7.
We enjoy stopping for coffee because of the man behind the counter. Juan is always a delight first thing in the morning.
Please give Juan a that-a-boy!!

Was harassed for using the bathroom 5:30 pm...white guy said he was gonna knock me out....they had another big tall black guy there gray hoodie...I told them they couldn't beat me and they called the cops..let's rewind that video so we can Really see what went on

Probably one of the creepiest dudes working behind the counter. Stares at people with his mouth open and doesn’t say a word to you. If someone asks something he gives a frustrated “huh”. People stop here on their way to work, they shouldn’t have to deal with that. 10/4/22 approx. 6:15am

Glad I stopped here for some warm coffee. I love this store. They always provide good service and everybody is very friendly. Besides coffee, they sell goodies too.

This location is a complete and utter joke. Multiple times have I came to this location to find every single soda machine turned off off along with every single slurpee machine turned off because they do not have straws supposedly. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Unfortunately when they do have straws the machines are still down with signs that say broken.. Unfortunately I will never come back to this Location again due to this horrible service. It is unfortunate to see a location in such dismay. Never have I also seen before such a dysfunctional 711. This is why I'm leaving this review.

The staff that work here is really great hard workers. The store is clean and orderly. Just a great place to shop and get food.

The men's bathroom is down right disgusting. Right across from it is drainage with slush under the drainage. Looking at it I nearly puked.
