Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a battery and oil company. No southern hospitality whatsoever! Also if you need a battery go to Advance Auto Zone or Auto Zone , they will install your battery for you. This place does NOT INSTALL BATTERIES. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY TO DO BUSINESS HERE. I give this company no stars because the customer service and service was a rip off. I will NEVER do business with these people affiliated with this company again.

Went here for the first time today to purchase a battery. All I can say is I got horrible customer service. I will be the first to admit that I don't know anything about car parts. The lady in the office talked too fast, was inpatient and not friendly at all. Customer service skills need to be worked on.
