I recently purchased a F-150 from Crossroads Ford of Lumberton, I have had my truck about 2 weeks now. I have been very satisfied with my truck! The staff at Crossroads were very friendly and respectful. They were very knowledgeable about their products and how to get the best deal for me. Mr David is the name of the salesman that helped us! I would definitely look for him if I were in the car market today!

Recently purchased a Lincoln Corsair from this dealership and overall, I am happy. I drove 4 hours to look at a car that I saw online in the exact model I wanted.
They had it ready to be test driven when I got there, and went over the features with me while I was in the car, even though I did extensive research on this car, and knew a lot about it going in.
Vic, David, and Hubert were all a huge help, and definitely did their best in assisting me with the purchase and even some questions I had the next day after purchasing.
I will definitely be keeping them in mind when it comes time to look for another car.

I took my cobra to lumberton ford dealership 2 months ago to get the head replaced because blew spark plug out of #3 cylinder and warranty company approved everything to be paid for fixing car. The people that work here are the most unprofessional and dishonest ,none caring, unreliable people I've ever have dealt with and they never call u back or contact you about what's going on. I waited for a call back for 2 months now and can't get anyone on phone they don't answer the service manager doesn't return messages on his voicemail and they still haven't touched my car and now they said that the mechanic that was gonna work on my car they lost him last Friday. They won't loan me a car till mine get fixed they told me there loaner cars were all out and they won't have another one for 1.5 month. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with this dealer and I definitely will never do business or try to do business ever again. That's what's wrong with this generation prime example of sorry employees and management of ford of lumberton the none caring people to keep u waiting !!!! I never was able to get them to do the job and bill is paid by warranty company. Was approved and all . So they don't want anybody business sounds like to me so I wouldn't waste your time going here for anything well since this I went and got my car because they wouldn't fix it amd they told me it was the way I took it to them so I fixed the spark plug well myself and I drove it and all seemed good until the car overheated and I got to looking why and found someone that worked on car at this dealership loosened the hose clamps on all the cooling hoses and pulled them down the hose and never put them back and tightened them back up so now because of these people and Tommy lovin the service manager I have a blown up motor because of there sorry none caring mechanics not doing there job correctly and the service manager won't take responsibility for the mistakes they make so I'm going to hire a lawyer.

Poor service out of a f150 only had 3 months and it need $2200 worth of work they knew that when sold it to me . Cared it there several times and they kept having excuses why couldn't work on it .. but in reality they were waiting until warranty was gone ..

Went to Crossroads to look at a few vehicles. Amazing staff, very friendly and honest. Bought a new Edge. Gerald and Robert were an absolute pleasure to do business with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great car shopping experience.

Shoutout to Vic, Raylee, and Hubert for making my first car buying experience an easy going one. I traded my vehicle in for a Subaru and was able to bring it home the same day, unexpectedly. I went to Crossroads Ford of Lumberton (1.5 hrs away) to test drive a vehicle I had seen online. 2 hrs later the deal was done and they would deliver the vehicle the next week. It could not have been a better experience. Terry and Dave made the entire time smooth and easy. I would recommend Crossroads Ford of Lumberton to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF DISHONEST GYPSYS. COULD NOT GET TO ANSWER THE PHONE ALWAYS GIVING THE RUN AROUND WHEN THEY FINALLY DID ANSWER THE PHONE THEY JUST TRY TO STALL FOR MORE TIME AND TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT THEY THINK YOUR WANTING TO HEAR BUT THEN THEY NEVER DELIVER...
