I’ve always taken my car here to get oil changes and they have always been super nice and accommodating. This post is directed to the technician that serviced my vehicle. I have black, oily hand marks all over my white jeep which is completely unacceptable since I didn’t take the vehicle in the shop with these hand marks on them. The steering wheel was COVERED in oil! Unfortunately, this shows the shop techs don’t really care about your belongings which is unfortunate for the business. I would highly recommend purchasing some gloves and or nice rags to be able to clean up after themselves.

My Dad is deceased now , but when he were alive, he loved to take his vehicles to Pete Smith for service , He always use to say they always gave good service to his vehicles and to Him , and their were Always patient , kind and pleasant to him . now my mom is still carrying his memories on, taking her vehicles now to pete Smith shoppe, in memory of the the late Braxton young Sr. Also she saids the same thing as well that my Dad saids about Pete Smith Quick Lube. Inc. She refuse to take her vehicles anywhere else.

Scheduled an appointment for 100000 mile inspection on my work truck. Left it for 5hrs when I returned first I was told they hadn't looked at it, then told they did inspection on it just have to now pull tires for brake inspection. Wouldn't you do that when it was in on the lift the first time. When I told them I don't have time and asked for inspection report for what was done, they told me they don't do any reports for a 100000. But if I left it they could write one up, so basically they did nothing, lied to me and tried to cover it up. You better hope what they said they have done to your vehicle was done, good luck

I just needed a new tire put on a rim and the old tire disposed of. The staff was friendly and the work was done quick at fair price. Cannot ask for more. I will definitely consider them for larger jobs in the future.

First time visit. Called ahead for inspection and was told there would be a 45 minute wait. Arrived and as soon as I went to set in my car they came to get it for inspection. I was there less than 20 minutes. Great experience for the first visit. Friendly staff. Will go again.

I drive a 2012 Camry. They charged me almost $80 for an oil change. I have never in my life paid that much. This wasn’t the price I was quoted. My first AND LAST TIME coming here. I don’t like being taken advantage of.

Y’all have a service advisor there, Brennan. Not sure if he is new or not but he was great. Took my laundry list of items I needed done for my car, and got it all. Even called to clarify before anyone did anything.
Best part was I was supposed to go in the next day for an alignment cause they were booked, ended up asking if I could just leave the car overnight to save a trip. Turns out something opened up and everything was done before 4.
Hang on to that guy, good dude. He’s definitely paying attention to his customers.
One thing was missed, not on him, was TPMS light flashing. I’ll just use my piece of electrical tape.

I really appreciate the guys and gals at Pete Smith Tire in Rolesville. The place is clean. The people are professional, and their prices are reasonable.
