They speak of their high customer service and that is what they are known for. I called as a new customer and the person who answered was not the friendliest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I politely inquired about pricing and availability of the unit size I was in need of and it seemed that I was a bother to be asking this question. I was bluntly and rudely told that they had nothing available. As I was trying to ask a question I was hung up on. I guess since they had no space for me I was of no concern to them So much for friendly customer service !
