The staff at the Locust location are friendly and professional. I have both my personal and business banking there.. It is nice to be recognized and greeted by name. I encourage everyone to bank at this location. I have absolutely NO complaints.

I've been banking with Woodforest for about three years. I live about 30 minutes away from this branch, and there is another much closer, but I prefer this location. Every time I come in, I am shown the utmost respect and attention. They do what they can to help. If the retail bankers don't know something, they will ask the manager. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

My family has been customers of this branch 15 plus years now My parents actually hold the banking account in their name My father passed away but after his death my moma continues it in her name. My moma requests me to pay bills in her Woodforest account because I actually take care of all the bills since she's no longer able. This past week my moma asked me to go inside since she lost her ability to walk over this past weekend. She's been on a walker since Saturday. My Pontiac vehicle payment is on this account as is the rest of our monthly bills. The payment didn't come out on the actual Woodforest website for some reason? I called last Friday and left Suzie a message which she kindly of course didn't respond.I went inside the bank Wednesday and asked Julisa did it go through?She all out REFUSED 2 tell me!!!They treat me like I'm some stranger!Like they ain't never seen me before in their lives!!!! They treat me like a comment piece of dog p*** ! Like I'm some sort of a malicious bankrobbing thug! What kind of against the law type crap is this? So bottom line is if you're 78 year old ailing mother is deathly ill Woodforest in Locust is not the place that will give a damn at the end of the day.Its honestly sad that they don't care about their customers and their families.

They never pick up the phone, unwillingness to help you. I dont recommend you working with this branch in locust.
