I am sad that this time the grooming didn't go well. It's usually a good experience for him.Update: I have gotten a call from James and have resolved any issues that happened during my dog's grooming visit. I appreciate the honesty and plan to bring him back for his next visit. Thanks so much!

They treat our girls like their own! Lauren is absolutely amazing with them. We love I'm in Doggy Heaven. Highly recommend.
