I cannot say enough great things about Scott Watson. He made this process so easy for me. I no longer live in the area, but he was there for me every step of the way. He's not only knowledgeable about the industry but is patient, incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond! I would never hesitate to use him again and would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in selling/buying a property!

We moved cross country from Oregon to North Carolina and bought a house sight unseen. Adam Woodruff has been fantastic!! Both us and the seller live out of state so Adam was our man on the ground. He scheduled, met and conveyed info with contractors and tradesmen. We HEAVILY relied on Adam through this process and he has always been SUPER TRANSPARENT which was incredibly important because this wasn’t an ordinary transaction. We can’t recommend him enough.
