Ken showed up on time to pick up my car. The car is lowered, with a front carbon fiber splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser. He was prepared for the challenge and took his time to get the car loaded. He then wrapped the car to keep it protected on the trip. The unload was a bit more difficult, but he again took his time and got her unloaded at the shop without incident. I greatly appreciate the care he took with my baby!Service: Car towing

Called Ken's Towing Last night to have my son's car towed back to our house. Very friendly, came out quick, and more than reasonable with his fee. I will always use Ken's going forward. The other so called 24 hour towing services in the Lincolnton area are a joke! To them 24 hours means they'll come out the next day. I will definitely recommend that everyone use Ken's Towing! I was referred to Ken's by Walts locksmith service here in lincolnton. I called Ken he answered immediately..he explained he had one customer in front of me and would come right after. He messaged me that he was on his was on his way. It was rather quick..I would say less than an hr later. Before I opened the house door he had my car open. He did a great job for me. I told him to call or text when he was on the way (apparently he did both but I didn't get the notification till later that day) and even tho I didn't answer he still showed up. And he got my vehicle to it's destination the same way it left ???? real nice guy. He gave a nice price. And he has an all around great attitude. Definitely calling again

My truck broke down at work and had no power and my windows were open. So I called kens towing in lincolnton to get it towed. They were very courteous and responded quickly. They also got my truck running no charge so I drove it my self to the mechanic to get it checked . This was the best experience I've had with a tow truck company to date.

Ken is the owner and operator. He speaks clearly, and well. He is prompt, courteous and competent. He told me how long it would take him to arrive and he was right on time. He was careful to ask the right questions ahead of time to ensure that he was bringing the right equipment for my vehicle. He is friendly but not chatty- perfect for me. He was neat and safe. Very fair with his rates. All you want and nothing more. Use him.

I got ran off the road tonight and found Ken’s number called him and he showed up pretty quick, he was very professional and caring asking if I was ok before trying to get my truck out. Super guy I highly recommend him for any towing needs!! I will definitely keep his card with me from now on!

Dude! You're amazing. You helped me out in Hickory where my warranty service called you in, you were fast and extremely cautious with my vehicle, apologizing to me for taking so long to strap it down but no apology needed as I have never had a tow service care this much about the safety of my vehicle. If you need the job done. Call Ken. No one else does it as well.
