“Talked to Caitlyn, AJ and Josh great experience with no pressure. I just called and sent pictures of my trade, they called me back with numbers after talking for minutes on the phone and texts we agreed on the price. Went Monday morning to pickup the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly how they explained. I filled out paperwork and was back on the road within 1.5 hours. I drove 2.5 hours to get a deal and would definitely do it again. Great people to work with.”

“My appointment was at 2:30 p.m. and asked to be called when my vehicle was ready for oil change and now it is 4:30. Bad service and when I called at 4:15 p.m. no one at the service dept. Would answer the phone. I was told that it would only be about an hour and half. They was not answering the phone on purpose. I talked to the manager and he was very helpful. “We can’t thank E.J. at NAPA Lillington enough for their superior service on Saturday. Our car died, it was hot, and we had our dog with us. I called NAPA, spoke with E.J. and walked to the store; where E.J. met me at the door. He had a battery in stock and although the store was closing, E.J. offered to drive me back to our car, test the charging system, and install the battery on the side of the road.We were having a really bad day, but E.J. and Lillington NAPA went above and beyond to get us back on the road!Thank You and our dog thanks you!”
“We were looking for a used car and found the perfect one at Capital Ford of Lillington. The salesman was great, the price was good, but that's not the impressive part--the manager did what he said he would do. Call me a cynic or a realist, but I don't usually believe someone when they tell me they will do something. Justin at Capital Ford of Lillington did exactly what he said he would do. The only thing holding us back from buying this used car was a crack in the driver's side door window. Justin promised that he would have it fixed if we bought the car. In less than a week (had to order the glass from who knows where), the new glass is in the car and while we were waiting for the glass guy to install it our car was beautifully detailed! We encourage everyone to see the wonderful people at Capital Ford of Lillington!”
