If I could give 0 stars I would. Called almost 2 weeks ago to set up service at my new address. I triple checked with the customer service representative that my house was in their service area. Day of install they call me saying it's not in the service area. I have an exam scheduled for the weekend that cannot be rescheduled and must be on a secured wifi network. Now I have to wait over a week for a different company past my exam date. This is unacceptable and unprofessional on their part.

Service has been in decline for a while. Was ready to cancel. But with the addition of fiber optic cable and new capable techs added to existing sr. technicians, There's a night and day difference. Windstream/Kinetic you saved a customer. Thank you.

My plane Internet went down. While I wasn't happy about being on the phone with Windstream for an hour and having to wait 4 days for an appointment it turned out great. The technician came a day early and determined it was the router. He gave us a new router and all is well!

My tech today was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. This young man should get a raise. I have been having problems for years and he fixed everything in 1 day. He made the effort to check all possibilities and repaired what was wrong. Also, he educated me on what I should do and not to do. It was night and day from all the previous techs that came in the past. He made a 110% effort on everything. I hope anyone that gets this young is appreciative of his skills and beyond the job efforts. Windstream/Kinetics bosses, you should be extremely grateful for such a good employee. He is the only reason that I'm still with your company. He's proffessional and humbling to his customers. He represents your company well. This young man Taylor was outstanding!!! You should show your appreciation to this young man and give him a just reward. All of your other techs that have come here were clueless and just unprofessional. He got the job done the RIGHT WAY. And all through it he was so pleasant! Now that is what you call great customer service.

They tripled the price of their service after their introductory offer expired! They did nothing to correct the problem. I called twice and could not get through to their retention department. I made monthly payments to them and they still sent my bill to collections over $30. BAD business and they will reap what they sow! If they come knocking on your door shut it in their faces.

Well, as usual there was a problem with our house getting service. Our technician was amazing, professional and knowledgeable. His job was not easy, but did a fantastic job.

Norris did an amazing job... he was early and very professional and easy to work with. Took the time to explain all he did and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything that was done! Was very satisfied with the service he provided!

Tom was very professional and knowledgable, he made sure all my devices were set up completely. There was an address issue which he quickly resolved so that he could continue with the install. I would highly recommend Tom. Thank you very much.

Jon from Kenetic came out and checked the equipment and was very efficient and pleasant. I enjoy their service and haven't had all the problems like I did with the other company. Great service!

He was able to do a complete diagnostic. As of the time of his visit, he found no issues. He was honest in letting me know he does not know what is causing our sporadic WiFi calling issues at the present time. I appreciated his candor. Will call again if we continue to have the issue. He said he would be glad to return.

Tom was our technician and he was professional and efficient. He kept us informed of his arrival time and communicated with us during the install process . We had two other internet companies that weren’t able to assist us . Wind stream did a get great job and I would highly recommend them

Excellent technicians work here. Very respectful. Sales team is also very friendly and seem like they actually want to make sure I’m getting exactly what I want or need that would best match my uses.
