Told me he would hold tires for me, I pull up and ofcourse, no tires. Happy it didn't work out though, those tires looked about as worn down as mine and for 40 bucks? No thanks.

Pulled up with flat tire. When the owner approached me and asked what he could do I told him I had a flat tire and needed a plug. He then asked what the flat was on and I replied my trailee and his response was "I'm out of plugs". What a liar. Please don't give him your business. I would however recommend amigos tire on highway 8 they were very quick and professional.
