I am a frequent customer whoWent to this store today, made a very large donation, walked into the store for 15 minutes and was treat horribly by the store manager, don't know her name, lady with bleach blonde ponytail. I will never recommend this store or go to it again. I shop at various good goodwill purchasing items for our homeless population and have never had an encounter like the one I had today. Shame on the staff of this store

Manager is a “B”!!! Had the audacity to say I acted like I was entitled because I was parked by the truck bay with a truck full of heavy items. No truck was trying to leave or was coming the whole 10mins I was there unpacking.

I was disappointed to see how much they had raised their prices. I have been told that the owner of this goodwill is a multi millionaire. I thought this Good Will was a non profit as advertised.

The majority of the staff members at this Goodwill are truly amazing, exuding wonderful personalities that greatly enhance the overall experience. However, it's important to address a concerning issue regarding the behavior of the middle-aged blonde manager. Unfortunately, there have been instances of her being verbally abusive towards both customers and staff in front of customers. It's evident that her demeanor towards individuals can vary; if she takes a liking to you, she's all smiles, but if not, it's palpable and can create an uncomfortable atmosphere within the store.
Despite this managerial challenge, it's worth noting that the store maintains cleanliness and organization for the most part compared to other stores in the area. However, there is some inconsistency in pricing, which seems to depend on the management at the time. Overall good location!

Well, there is a first for everything!! I have been donating to Goodwill for over 30 years and I have never been told that they couldn't take a donation???? I know the difference between donation worthy and throw away worthy, but it it happened today. First, the lady working was rude, but she was more worried about the time, 4:45pm and they close at 6:00pm, so that did not meet her time line. I was not aware that there was a bad time to donate, but now I know, there is. When the person running the place, is inconvenienced and doesn't want to work. We had a full living room set, in good shape, but also an old end table that had some scratches on it, but usable. She declined it?? These items would have been taken by someone and she denied that person, the opportunity to get usable items. When did Goodwill change there policies??? People are not going to Goodwill, to buy new furniture. They are going there to find used items at a good price. They know these items have been used and are perfectly fine with that. I'm not sure the person running this Goodwill, is aware of this and she may have to be retrained. She will not have to worry about seeing me again, because I will never donate there again. I will donate somewhere they appreciate it!

I have been going to this goodwill for over 9yrs and the manager "Loretta" is a horrible person. I think today was the final straw.
I heard her yell across the store "closing in 10 minutes" it was about 5:15 on Sunday. I knew we had 45/50 minutes.
I had seen her by the dressing room with a teenage girl and the girl's mom I guess. The girl needed a prom dress/shoes.
Loretta was going to let them stay longer and get stuff from the back that hadn't been put out yet.
I've also heard her tell the employees that she was saving name brand purses in the back for them.
She abuses her power in this store location. She is always rude to me. She has yelled at several people for taking carts in the dressing rooms. But they only have 3 for that location and if you leave it someone will take it.
Last, everything in the store is priced higher than anywhere else.
I shouldn't have to stop going there. She should be fired.

I have gone to this Goodwill since they first opened. I have seen many managers come and go. Most of them have been wonderful people. Currently they have a manager who is one of the most rude and abusive speaking people I have ever met in a public retail store. I have seen her on many occasions YELL at customers to the point it gets quiet in the store and everyone is looking. Made people cry by her loud and offensive talk. She has yelled at us and told us to “get out” when it was time for the store to close. Many people have stopped going to this Goodwill because of her. I know many have complained about her behavior and I really don’t understand why this company allows her to stay in this position. Just be aware if she likes you she will be very nice to you but if she doesn’t it’s hard to tell what she will say. So sad this behavior is allowed to continue….

The manager at the leland store lied to me. I was going to purchase a set of dishes and one item didn't have the price marked. She said someone took the price off, because she had put the price on it. Then she said she couldn't price it, that corporate had to. The sale was going to be around 75 dollars and after she lied to me I told them them without the teapot I was not going to buy the rest. I have had managers put prices on items before. Just thought you should know how I was treated at your store!

Repeated complaints about the same woman (from FB and I agree) "There is a middle aged woman, who is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. She is never smiling or polite. She is disrespectful to the other workers and shoppers"

Clean, organized, and friendly customer service. Here's a tip if your price tag is written in permanent marker on something you buy- use rubbing alcohol and a soft, dry kleenex to wipe it away.

I accidentally left my bank card and ID card in a donation bag dropped off at this Goodwill. Thank gosh for honest people! Loretta, the manager, called my bank and let them know my bank card had been left in a donation bag. The bank called me after having canceled my card, and let me know that this had occurred and that Loretta had contacted them. I am so thankful as the ID left with my bank card contained my bank account information. Loretta makes me believe in the goodness of people. We have long donated to the Goodwill, and especially this Goodwill, and I will continue to do so.

I love having a Goodwill so close to where I live. I have been going to this store for 11 years. I absolutely love to come in here and spend a good hour and let my imagination take over. I get most of my home decor and small furniture items from here. If I had a pickup truck, a dolly and a trailer, I would be purchasing a lot more! I come here if I need a particular outfit for a costume, important meeting or holiday. I always magically find stuff in my size. I have no shame in buying second hand. It’s better for the environment and it sure saves me a lot of money. The staff is friendly, hardworking and I always meet really colorful customers who I end up talking to as well in store.
