This store is clean, organized, friendly staff, great place to shop! And Ms. Nadia, store associate is very helpful, informative, friendly, and is a great spirit for Kohl's franchise.

I was in need of assistance to find a pair of slacks that I couldn't find in the store in Knightdale. I was extremely lucky to see Rayna--she checked all the other local stores to no avail! BUT-she went on line for me and we ordered from online. She was so lovely-very patient with me and oh so helpful. She would not give up-so sweet and so smart. Kudos to this young lady at the Knightdale Kohl's. They are lucky to have her!

Don't bother calling customer service or the store. They put you on hold no explanation no nothing. Apparently your business is not worth anything to them.

This particular store caters to a certain type of "customer". It's not really inviting and the employees are not very friendly.

We needed presents for a 3 year Olds birthday. Ran in found some excellent choices. Grab them and ran both my son and I. He was able to find gift bags that worked beautifully. What I bought, the gift bags were to small. But no problem the gifts don't stay in them long. I felt I had to say something about the cashier she was so friendly and a real asset to your store.
